I have a monthly subscription and one perk is driving up, having the license plate reader open the gate and driving in. The license plate reader stopped working and now you have to wait for an employee to come over, explain the situation to them, they look you up and then you get access. The experience should be as frictionless as possible. It's a PIA as of now. I'm going to seek alternatives.

Too many different names and is never well maintained or attended shortly after the new name goes up. It’s convenient, but often requires additional scrubbing and detailing especially with bugs.

On July 13, 2024, I took my 6 month old car to the Super Star Car Wash on Main Street in Allen Texas and the machinery malfunction and broke my passenger side mirror and damaged one of the rims on my car. I immediately told the manager about this damage and as I reported this damage multiple other cars were also getting damaged. They never turned off the car wash and I saw at least four other cars get damaged. I spent 4 weeks working with the corporate office to get the damage on my car fixed but they ultimately refused to fix the damage they caused. I am very disappointed in this company and I will never return to this car wash again.
I’m posting pictures of my car and an other car that was severely damaged right after my car.
***Update*** 10/11/24 I finally got reimbursed for the damage to my car. Persistence and online reviews pays off.

One of the employees told me their car washing machine doesn't even work anymore. He says majority of the machine doesn't wash all of it because it's broke. Plus their vacuums don't all work you have to get lucky on which one you pick.
