Customer service is not up to par recently. It appears to be no dress code whatsoever- one guy at the register had his ear set in holding a conversation while working the register.The dark skin African American male has zilch customer service- rarely does he smile , say hello or any type of greeting whatsoever - the service at the Q-trip across the street far faster and friendlier

The black guy at register have no manners to take any customers. I wonder how racetrack even hire this kind of stuff. I'm a regular customer, most of the stuff knows me. Seems like it is time to go to other places.
