RaceTrac is a well-regarded convenience store and gas station chain in the Southeast, known for its affordable prices and friendly service. Customers appreciate the cleanliness of the locations and the variety of offerings, including freshly brewed coffee, breakfast sandwiches, and made-in-house pizzas. The beverage selection is particularly praised, featuring a wide range of coffees, local and domestic beers, and customizable ice cream shakes.
While many reviews highlight the excellent staff, with one employee being noted as a standout ambassador for their friendliness and knowledge, some customers have experienced issues with receipt printing at the gas pumps, leading to a need to go inside for receipts. Additionally, a few reviews mention that service can be slower than expected, possibly due to being understaffed.
Overall, RaceTrac provides a convenient stop for road trip essentials, with a focus on customer service, a clean environment, and a variety of products, making it a favorite choice for many frequent travelers.
