This bank has the worst customer service when I called on the phone prior to coming to the bank they did not providing me the critical information for a name change documentation they completely wasted my trip and so much time. No remorse or apology from the banker. I do not plan to keep this bank as my bank.

I don't recommend. They screwed me over on a lot of late fees by locking my bank and then closing it a week later without giving me a warning or a heads up that it was going to happen. They didn't even tell me my bank was locked until I tried to pay bills and it got denied. This happened 2 different times. It's a bunch of bull crap imo. I get protecting themselves or whatever but the fact that I got screwed over on bills and a crap ton of late fees was ridiculous. Never use this bank. It isn't worth the hassle or stress. The employees are nice but they couldn't help me at all in my situation besides telling me to 'wait for a answer' basically. Disappointing how awful this bank has became over the several years I've used it. Never again.

Highly disappointed. I called this branch and spoke to a guy regarding my debit card. I never received it in mail and its been a month and a half. I was told that it will take at-least a month. I was shocked to hear that. I waited and its more than a month and still nothing. How unprofessional!

Stay away from Regions Bank. Deceptive practices, and they'll add charges for anything possible, plus customer service is terrible. Limited hours of operation, too. There are plenty of good and honest business out there. Let this one go back to wherever they came from. Entrust your money to a reputable financial institution. It's not just me, the lobby was full of customer service nightmares, with added service charges that I had been warned by two other customers of the bank to be wary of. Bank manager Kevin Harvey sat in his office as the understaffed tellers and reps faced the heat all by themselves. I will say that Ana Alcala was very pleasant and helpful to the point that her business's limitations would allow, but she was handcuffed by ignorant and malignant policy. I still can't believe this manager sat in his office while the problems mounted up.

Bad customer service, Ann canceled my appointment to open a new business account because she is busy LOL, I am sure she can fit my appointment in but she didn’t want to walk the extra mile, just lost my business.

This is the worst bank on the planet it took for ever to get a check verified. And after that they did not want to cash their own check the excuse was that we didn't have enough money

Anna was very friendly and helping me out with getting my account squared away. Evidently there was an issue with starting my account online, but she called up and asked me to come in to sort things out. She was very courteous and helpful despite the online service is not quite getting things right.
