Great customer service so far. I purchased a new in box unlocked s23 from them via Amazon. The phone started acting crazy after a couple weeks of using. It got worse and worse so I reached out to them via email. They asked me to ship the phone over to them so they can try and figure out the issue. Once they received and worked on it, they told me they couldn't find anything wrong. I did not want that phone back because I know within a week of getting it back, it will start acting up again. I told them this so they agreed to ship me another phone in "open box condition". So far I am satisfied with the outcome. I will update this review if needed.

While not perfect these guys are very helpful, working through tough conditions in order to provide a good customer experience. I ordered a surface pro and despite a series of inconveniences on both of our ends, they managed to send me my product with a valid warranty. I appreciate the effort and thank you for sticking through.

purchased a galaxy s19e from this company. i received the phone fast. it was in perfect condition and was definitely brand new. the phone booted up fairly quick and i was back in action in no time. they offered technical support [if needed], but i managed to get everything loaded without issues, so i really cant comment on their tech support. i am impressed. i would buy from them again.

Fortunately the only problem with this was the ear buds didn't fit in the ear canal but one short call and parts are on the way to adjust the ear canals thankyou for your assistance with this problem.
