This was the third time i use Bill’s services and can only summarize my experience in one word - Amazing!The service is always professional and to the highest standards while they also look for ways to keep the cost down for me (let’s face it, MB is expensive to own:)) and always have the time to explain to me and answer all my questions.In my most recent service there i had an MB dealer (north of Allen) messing up my vario roof and telling me i need to pay 12k to get it fixed, Bill and his team found out the dealer missed a microswitch and broke a pin - after fixing both, the vario roof is now working as before and for a fraction of the cost, that’s a very professional place and team!!!

My experience with the shop was terrible. Told a part was ordered 3 months ago after a full day of waiting for a diagnosis. Never heard back and when I called I was told it was because it was warranty and the car would have to be there. I had asked about a warranty when I brought the car in and told them I felt it was unlikely. I was told they called and checked with the warranty company but my warranty company had no record. It took me about 10 min to check with warranty and get confirmation it wasn’t covered. It took 8 hours at this place with me waiting- ordering door dash- and being sent on my way at 5:30 PM with the diagnosis. When I left I was told a part was ordered. I called the next day and even the next week. No part. Dishonest about calling my warranty company and dishonest about ordering the part and took an entire day of my time giving me the run around.

I have been working with Schroeder's for over 10 years. All my cars are handled as if they were their own. When they recommend things that need to be done, I trust them. Have never had to return for any work they have provided. Bill is the best and most trusted team to handle all our needs. I heard this place was highly recommended so thought I would give it a try. Had car worked on for basic maintenance, oil change, bleed brake fluid and replace, alignment and reprogrammed computer. Over $1200 in charges however when I pick up the car their is a severe rattle coming from muffler, mechanic said actuator went out and needs replaced which mysteriously becomes an issue while in shop and an additional charge. Car sounds worse after bringing it to them but since they have been paid , no longer their problem .Won’t be back

Took my 2019 Panamera (still under CPO) to get my 40,000 mile maintenance. Taylor was very nice and informative. Jake was super friendly and willing to give me advice on maintaining the car. Service was all done in a timely manner. To be honest, I was a bit hesitant not taking my car to a dealer, but this experience confirmed that it was the right thing to do! In the parking lot/garage bay, I saw a bunch of cars such as land rovers, Maserati, Porsches, corvette, BMW, Mercedes. Thanks guys for a great experience. See you back in 1 year or 10,000 miles. ?

When told "we are on the phone with the warranty company"and then one asks the warranty company the status 3 hours later, there is an expectation of honesty. It is okay to be short staffed or busy. It is not best practice to tell a customer that you are speaking with or have contacted their warranty company when there is no record of such a contact. I did not expect this to be covered, but wanted to check. The warranty company checked it for me in about a 5 minute phone call. I was told a part was ordered at 5:30 on a Thursday after arriving for a 9:00 AM appointment. That was quite a wait for a diagnosis that I checked with a computer at home before coming in. As it was too late to begin repair or get the part, I was asked to return with the car in the AM. I indicated that I would return when the part came in to save time. As of 3:45 Friday there is no part and given the dishonesty of the warranty contact, I doubt it was ordered. I'm not sure how this place stays in business.

Bill absolutely ROCKS!!! I needed to have service completed on my daughter Toyota in three days so that she could go out of town. Not only did he finish this project in time he also found major issues and was able to convey the problems and rectify those as well before her trip.

Schroeder's was recommended to me, and I took my ~14 year old Camry in when I noticed the coolant was leaking. I was happy with the service received and trusted their recommendations. The customer service was excellent and they were quick to answer the phone. I dropped my car off after work to have it looked at the following day. They replaced my radiator ($1050), valve cover gasket ($220) and power steering return line ($160). There may be lower prices if you shop around but I will likely come here again for future car maintenance. I will update if any issues arise.Service: General repairs & maintenance
