I agree with Oscar. This has to be the best storage place in all of Texas...Place is as clean as a whistle...staff is polite and professional beyond compare. I had a real zany thing going on in my life waiting for things to be done at my home. Securlock Allen West listened to my travails, and they were/have been very flexible. My boyfriend rents here and we have noticed that they will terminate your lease just because they don't like you, even if you are a long-term leaser. They recently terminated another business that rented long-term from here as well for seemingly no reason. Don't bother renting here, they changed management and got rid of the old manager, Ken, because he cared too much about the customers. Don't rent here, it's cheaper across the street anyway.

If I could give more than a five I would give the highest number possible. It is refreshing to know there are still some people out there in business that believe in customer service... They don't just talk it ,...they walk it.. You feel as though your business is valuable to them.. They are very helpful in every way... I refer everyone I can to them because I know they will receive the same service I have gotten.. In many cases price is not near as important as the time you will be there with your property stored... Like the old saying you get what you pay for.. I HIGHLY recommend Securlock to anyone looking for extra space in the Plano or Allen area...You will glad you did...

Great Service Always.. I have been storing items here for quite some time and they are always nice professional and go out of their way to make sure you are happy with their services...I highly recommend them.. Sometimes price is not as important as the service received during the time your items are there,, I recommend everyone I can to them...

I haven't actually been to/used this storage facility, but I live near by and drive past them every day. I LOVE their messages they post on their sign out front. Sometimes it makes me laugh, sometimes it makes me think, and sometimes it keeps me humble. I always look forward to what they will post next. Great job guys!!

This has to be the best storage company in North Texas. The staff is beyond kind and welcoming. They were super flexible with me as we were trying to nail down a closing date. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a storage unit in the area!
