Awful and DEFINITE LACK OF CARE FOR PEOPLE WITH SENSITIVE SKIN!!! Person “helping me out” Dark haired white girl with tattoos - I think her name was Lesley cashier ID 254702 - she moved her hair so I couldn’t see her tag. ? I told the lady I didn’t want a powder with a fingerprint and zero cover protection. I said I’d get it somewhere else, I was completely grossed out and didn’t want to try another uncovered powder - it’s soooo grosssss. She ran off to get another one shoved it rudely in my face and said “is this okay???” I said “no, I’m NOT comfortable with this powder being unprotected. There’s no cover and I don’t like you pushing it off on me….It looks returned“. I told the lady AGAIN I wasn’t interested. I’d get it somewhere else. SHE RINGS STUFF UP AND Of course didn’t take the powder off as I requested. She tried to slip by a USED POWDER!!!! So I called the witch out!!!! She actually left it on the bill after I asked her to take it off then has the GALL TO SAY SHES “helping me out” ??????. Karma - this location will be gone in a year. I try to avoid coming here at all cost. I don’t want to spend a dime more than I have to. I’m gonna buy direct from ilia in the future and bypass Sephora. I have it one last chance….NEVER AGAIN!! Every single person in there is absolutely worthless and should be replaced immediately.
Someone told me the boxes aren’t sealed so they can sale returned product to
unsuspecting buyers.

Stephanie helped me on 3/12 to find some foundation. Immediately was bad energy and I should have found someone else. She was acting as if she didn't want to be there. And I get it. Life could have been on her that day. However, she recommended a foundation for me and I told her it looked kind of light but she was like once you dona face and blend it will look better. I'm like ok b/c this was be my new once my old ran out. So I didn't use it for 2 months. Immediately put it and I'm like this is not right. As I do a whole face I'm like it was too bright. I go to return it the next day. I'm outside the return policy window. By 2 weeks. So frustrating to waste $45 and still have no foundation b/c they were out of mine. The lady that helped me today was nice but when I showed her the one I had she was like that's absolutely incorrect. And of course Stephanie was there and I told her that's who helped me. She had the same I don't want to be here look.

I ordered a sephora favorites set two days ago prior to pick up in store,the transaction was canceled since they turned out didn't have the item. I stopped by today,the sets were there.The manager rudly refused to give me discount that I used when I ordered the set during their sale.That store sucked for a while. NOT a pleasant experience being there.The store was half empty and messy.

Instead of Nelly welcoming you into the store, she is telling you in a very condescending tone “we are closing in 5 minutes”. I arrived at 751PM. They close at 8PM. I barely was able to open my mouth and say that I was simply here for a pickup order and would be in and out. I was there for literally less than 5 minutes. Left at 755PM. Mind you there were at least a good 10-15 people in the store as well at this time and at least three other parties entered after I did. I work retail so I get the desire to go home after being at work for 8/9 hours. I get it, but the first impression walking into a luxury beauty store (yes luxury as they carry high end brands at higher end price points) should not be someone letting me know that they are closing in 5 minutes. At LEAST a “hello or welcome” first.

The staff is always pleasant but mixed feelings b/c Sephora closed my credit card account b/c I didn't use it for over six months.. not nice way to treat paying on time, long-term customer for years. I now reluctantly go to Ulta b/c Sephora is no longer my favorite store experience. Ulta gave me a credit card offer and they don't force me to use it or threaten to close my account if I don't use my Ulta credit card.

Didn’t have a good experience here during the Sephora sale pickup. The manager Nelly was really condescending when I told her the order that I picked up was missing an item. She straight up insinuated that I stole instead of verifying that it was actually a missing item(mind you my husband picked it up like 20 mins ago)
She sighed and had a very bad attitude and the first thing she said “we’ve to check cameras for that, there’s no way it was missing when it says on your receipt that it was picked up…” there was no hi or hello or I’m sorry about that. And then she goes back for a min just to say in the end “we don’t even carry this product” and I’ll give you a refund..however the website still says this specific sephora carry it!!
Won’t be coming again and you shouldn’t either if you’re a person of color that wants to be accused of stealing. Sephora should really look into their employees and the type of people they’re hiring. I’ve worked customer service and this location needs cultural diversity training and basic customer service skills. Also, to top it all of she never once apologized for her accusative tone or my product missing from my pickup order.

I have 3 different Sephora locations I visit and this is my least favorite. The staff doesn't seem welcoming. This is not everyone as there have been some nice ladies who have helped me but there are a few who aren't friendly. One in particular I've had a few times at check out and she doesn't even greet, smile or say anything. Doesn't seem friendly when I've asked questions. There are a few others who don't seem happy to help at all. Not sure what is going on with this location and the staff because it wasn't always like this. Seems like they need to do better hiring of people who actually want to be there and are friendly. Reading from other reviews, this seems to be a common issue with this location. The lack of friendly customer service.

A middle-aged, heavyset Caucasian female by the name of Lisa was very rude to me. Not only did she appear angry, but was also very condescending when i asked her a simple question. Upper management should train their employees to be friendlier to their customers, and make them feel more welcomed.

I have spent so much money at this location that I would bring my sister who always spends about $600 every time she comes with me. It had great management and amazing staff but omg! It’s been a while since I’ve been back and it was awful. Management was horrible and staff is just as bad. I spent about $200 but just can’t shake how I was treated that I will be bringing everything back and take my business to Ulta. Customer service is important in a place like this because it can become overwhelming fast and this place is just not what it use to be.
