Return policy sucks. Horrible customer service. I bought nars foundation at the Allen location that was defective and cashier wouldn’t do an even exchange. I’ll go to ulta from now on. Custer service matters!!

Worst customer service. I walked in there to pick up an order, and I was completely ignored. One girl helped, I didn't get her name. I will not go to this location anymore.

Would give a 0 if I could. I bought nars foundation at the Watters Creek Allen location that was defective and they wouldn't exchange it. Horrible customer service. I'll go to ulta and no be back!!!! Customer service matters!!!

I think this was the best Sephora experience I’ve ever had; Maybe even the best shopping experience I’ve had in a store before. Nelly was so helpful today and she went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for. She wasn’t pushy or sales-y. I was undecided about a perfume I’ve been wanting. She gave me some suggestions to think about, let me walk around for awhile, then she checked back on me again to help me finalize my purchase. I had my baby in a stroller with me and the line was so long so she went out of her way to get me checked out with a mobile device so I didn’t have to wait behind 30+ people. I didn’t ask for her to do that but it made my life easier even just for 5 minutes. The way she treated me and helped me today made me feel like she was passionate about her job. I was having an absolutely awful day and the only reason I even went to Sephora was to get my mind off of everything. Her kindness turned my entire day around. The world needs more Nelly’s.

I ordered a lipstick online for my niece for Christmas. I only ordered online because they did not have it in the store. My niece received multiple lipsticks for Christmas so she asked me to return this one. I just tried to return it. I was told since it's over 30 days they can only give me store credit and only can be used in the Sephora store. Not online or any Kohl's store???? Even though I ordered it online. I received it December 11th and it's 30th day today. Over 30 days??? I will never shop here again!!! Ulta will be my new store to shop.

Super cute location , but the store itself seems to be dusty and dirty everytime I go , all those ladies in there and not one can go around wiping everything down at least once or twice a day . Not to offend anybody of course just an observation from my many trips to this store . Besides that ,layout is good and inventory seems to always be stocked & customer service is decent ,good day ?

Please avoid this location if you are a person of color. I beg of you.I’m a neutral person & am in the hospitality business, so generally I have an understanding of how to treat anyone.As I entered the location, I made eye contact with two associates and neither one greeted me, they looked and turned away. I had my phone out reading in search of a product(I circled the store twice) and after 5 mins someone approached me. I asked the associate why the hesitation in assisting as I passed her twice. She stared at me in surprise with no response. I immediately said “Im a mystery shopper” & she helped me. Right after, two other associates followed me around the storethe entire time. I felt very uncomfortable. The customer service here sucks!The section where the product was, was dusty & not in good standings. There were so many associates in the store, I don’t understand why the display wasn’t presentable. At this point, ULTA will be my first choice moving forward.I wanted to purchase so much more for my family & friends but I couldn’t stick around anymore due to the service. It was poor treatment. I’ve heard about this particular location horrible service toward darker skinned customers, but didn’t believe it until it happen to me. No wonder there’s available inventory, no one visits the store due to poor service.

I had to drive over to this location because I had just barely missed the open hours at another location. Marjorie was so helpful in helping me find exactly I was looking for. Satisfied with the products and customer service!

Terrible attitude from the manager when you ask them about store policies (blonde for reference). Very unprofessional and unpleasant experience. Never encountered and issue like this before.
