This review is a few days late considering I meant to do it immediately upon leaving the store. I want to brag on the service Jordan provided me. I told him I was suffering from decision fatigue and he had no problem walking me through everything slowly, repeating himself, and giving me his honest opinion. I felt comfortable going with his recommendation. Everybody, including the contractor, loved the color. Thanks again, Jordan. I appreciate the awesome customer service that you provided.

Jordan is SUCH a big help!!! I’ve been making runs back and forth (everyday it seems!) to grab paint, primer, etc for the renovations going on at my house. I know absolutely nothing about paint but Jordan has really helped me through the process! Really nice guy - even carries my paint to the car for me each time! Thanks Jordan!!

Luke was an awesome person to help with my paint issue! Great service at this location and will surely revisit. Staff was knowledgeable and helped me save money as I was willing to buy the wrong paint set but was assisted promptly. Great service and much appreciated. I wasn’t the only one either! Every customer that came in recognized front desk folks and connected with their rep immediately on a first name basis. EVERY company should strive for service like this!

I do not enjoy painting. So if I have to do it I use good paint so I don't have to do it again anytime soon. Their solid color fence stain is tough as nails. Last a long time. Went today and helped by a young guy that sounded just like Mathew McConaughey. Cracked me up but seriously service was really good. Might have to keep wife out of here for safety reasons though.

I wanted to give a great shout out to Alex the new store manger there, he’s already made a huge impact on the quality of service.. I really appreciate him and his staff recognizing me , even though there was a line.. it’s something I haven’t seen in awhile in this particular store.. great job Alex and you can see your sales team is definitely changed since you arrived .. ?

We have used this store for years. They have great customer service! Today is a perfect example- I called in an order for a project to be done at my house early the next day but got stuck in traffic so could see I would be there just a few minutes after closing. Warren held the store open a few extra minutes for me to get there! Rarely do you find awesome customer service like that! Nice job Warren! Thank you!

Had Sherwin come out for a warranty claim. Peeling paint due to paint being defective and not drying, however they can say whatever they want to not warranty it. Mike basically said we touched it while drying. Yeah Mike, we touched every single cabinet surface…. Company does not not backup warranty. I’ll be buying from Benjamin Moore.

Best place to get paint! Warren was incredible helpful to us. We came In almost at close and he was ready and willing to help us get the paint we needed to finish our project. If you need to get paint you should use Sherwin-Williams Paint Store. They’re customer service is on point. Thank you Warren!
