Was a great place before Public Storage took over. They raise the price arbitrarily month to month. We never even signed their new rental agreement since we were still on the agreement from the previous company. Shady business practices and unfortunately they are buying up all the storage companies in the county.

I Never post poor reviews but I've been with this place over 3.5 years and it's nice and clean but I've been raised from. $45 in 2020 to 65 to 99 to almost 130 ( not sure of exact amounts but close) then moved to a small one at 66 end of year had to pay someone to move me and just got raised to 89! They gave me the 66 rsye back after 4 calls, but made me pay the 89 this time! All the customer service agents said they appealed it and in the meantime I had paid the 66. Now they're billing me the 23 dollar difference as well as 20 late fee. They say the system doesn't allow for them to give me a courtesy even though i paid my rate as soon as it happened. .not a One time to drop late fee even though they gave me my new rate back and I've not heard back. So today the man said sorry we have a fudiciary responsibility to our investors. So they can raise u 30% whenever they want and they operate on their system they kept my rate same for 6 more months but they want the additional 23 and a late fee I got on that portion of 20 more. Even after keeping my rate the same! The "system' runs them only not caring about good ontime paying loyal customers.

We got away from Public Storage and moved into this location when it was under different ownership without knowing that Public Storage was in the process of taking over. Imagine our surprise when we saw the building dawn the Public Storage sign... sure enough, our rates have already jumped up by $20 in the last couple of months.Of all my time spent with Public Storage, I've never had so much trouble getting in touch with them! I had a question about a mysterious charge on my account and I've called multiple times the past few days with no answer or call back. I will have to go in person to speak with someone. We will be moving asap..

AVOID! This place like the plague. Since public storage took over this location, they have had price increases every couple of months. They do it without notifying you, so you can't escape until after they rob you. My rent went from $64 with the former company to $83 under public storage, and this month it is $104. No more PS for me.

It’s a nice place but my monthly rate jumped by $100 in less than a year. They lure you in with a too good to be true price only to increase it by an obscene amount which is disappointing. If the price lowers, great! If not, I plan on finding a more affordable option and you should too

This location raised our rent $70 a month with no reason and no notice. My husband called and spoke to Karen, who said we should have received a post card as notice of the increase, but we never got that. She told him there is nothing he can do about it. He asked for a copy of our original lease and they sent a NEW lease with the new rates they had filled in, not the original lease he asked for. It was modified after signing it. When the call ended, apparently Karen thought she had disconnected, but she was still on the line, and she called my husband an asshole. He called her back immediately and she said she was calling HERSELF names because she was frustrated. And she is the manager!
