Found some great shoes here — nice variety, good sales, and the store itself looks great.
Service, on the other hand… could use a wake-up call. Most staff seemed too tired to notice customers, except for one young lady who was patient and genuinely helpful — the clear MVP of the team.
After spending a few hundred dollars, we asked for an extra bag to fit all the new shoes. The shift manager declined — no smile, no sympathy.
And before anyone replies “it’s store policy,” don’t worry — we got it. Sometimes it’s not about the policy, it’s about the attitude

I went here to see if I really get a good deal at an outlet mall. For the far drive, it's not worth it. For one thing, most shoes in outlet malls have older models than regular stores. And if they do have the same new models as the regular stores, they are not cheaper at all. Outlet malls used to have discounted prices than the regular stores, but that's not what I'm seeing nowadays. It is not worth your time driving so far to the outlet mall and find out that you didn't get the bargain that you were looking for. The best thing to do is subscribe to their store, and then they can send you coupons and discounts for ordering online. It's way cheaper and you don't need to drive so far and get disappointed.

Incredible customer service. Beverly took her time helping me locate my purchase so that I could exchange a pair of shoes that didn’t work out for me after losing my receipt.
Additionally, the staff were all friendly with the customers and each other, which makes for a happier customer experience!
The products speak for themselves- great comfort and quality, but the people make it worth the trip in.
