There was a mix up with the bra that I asked to be placed on hold but another cashier stepped up and truly helped me. It happened so quick that I didn’t get her name but I’m truly thankful. It was the cashier who resembles Felicity. Customer Service 10/10.

Wow Kate helped me out today with sizing and asked me all the questions about the type and style of bras I was looking for and gave me great options! Super sweet gal and very comfortable to shop with. Will be back! 🥰

Kate (Katie?) was so kind and helpful this weekend. I appreciated being greeted upon entering but not stalked as I browsed.
Once I needed help, Kate was proactive and even read my mind about a style I wanted to try but forgot to ask about.
She helped me confirm the right size/fit while in the dressing room, while offering a bit of education.
One of the sale signs was a bit confusing and she must have noticed my puzzled look - again, she proactively explained the sale tiers without my having to ask.
Great experience! I would absolutely shop this location again. Kate made the experience for me!

Last week, I visited the store close to closing time because I wanted to buy a pajama set. However, two middle-aged women working in the store were extremely rude. They didn’t offer any help at all. When I asked to see the pajama set, they told me they couldn’t open it. Then I asked if they could show me a similar model, but they told me I had to check it online. Later, I found the exact same pajama set on a rack myself. Their attitude was extremely unprofessional. I work in retail myself, and I know that we have no right to treat customers that way. I just wanted to share this feedback.

Don’t waste your time. Staff of three just stand behind counter at register and chat; oblivious to customers. If sales are off management might rethink their hiring requirements. They lost a substantial sale today.

This post is not for this particular store. This is for Soma intimates Corp. and how they treat somebody that has purchased something defective.
...you don't realize something is defective until after you have worn it and washed it ( in a special lingerie bag purchased from them)and worn it again and it starts to fall apart .. their policy is they don't take any returns unless they have the tags on them and they're unwashed. how do you know if something is defective unless you use it???I know that I decided to use Soma because my daughter had tremendous success with them working with them for probably 10 years...I brought her shopping at Soma and she finally talked me into purchasing for their bras...I bought four.. one was defective...when I went back to them and explained to them what happened they just quoted me policy and sent me boilerplate responses.. when I said I need to put this on social media, all of a sudden they wanted to replace it. They essentially told me it was garbage, non-returnable ..After the fourth email I received from them telling me that they couldn't do anything for me, I just threw the bra away out of frustration... then I got another response from yet another person in their customer service department telling me that they were going to give me a new bra! all I needed to do was send it into them the SKU number, so I sent it into them. The next email I got from them. They said you need to send the bra back to us... I told Soma I had already thrown in the garbage as Soma had told me it wasn't worth anything... Then they sent me another email, and this one said will give you a $15 credit if you want to go into the store and buy a new one... no thank you!instead I decided to share my experience.. prices go up quality goes down. Not a good combination and people need to know.

I would never go to any other Soma! The customer service here is top notch! Kim, Amanda, Kate, and Emily are the best and always do what they can to make you happy and enjoy your experience. 5 Stars! ⭐️

I’m highly disappointed came in on 7/9 at around 640p and the customer service was awful!! Not one associate spoke to me there was an older lady with a tablet she walked right past me a few times which was odd. I won’t be shopping with Soma ever !! This was the last straw. I’d rather buy from their competitors. It’s sad because I was willing to spend some money and wanted to get a few last-minute items I saw online for my upcoming vacation. I think they need retraining perhaps on how to engage with people because I went to VS and spent $$$ instead.

I have not ever felt so judged and insecure as as did Saturday when I went here. There was a young girl and an elderly lady working. I asked to be sizes and the younger lady did it. I felt that the size she gave me might be incorrect due to her approach. I asked the the elderly lady if she would mind rechecking. And her response was “why didn’t you just get measured”. I told her yes, but I felt it might be incorrect. Which it was. The young girl asked be what bra I wanted and I told her I wasn’t sure, since I not sure what would be the best for me. She set up the dressing room with 5 of the exact same size and shape bra in the same color.. not different cuts or styles the same bra. My daughter was with me and she was like “what, these are the exact same and they don’t fit.I told her I know she went and asked the younger lady for a different a certain size bra because the one she pulled were way too big. The lady snatch the bra from her hand and brought her another which fit. When I went to ask for a different color the younger lady said “we have nothing in your size, we would have to order it.” My daughter looked in the drawer and there were some in my size and in every color. The older lady never stepped in just gave ugly looks as she folded stuff in the front of the store. I was so humiliated and confused by their behavior I just left.I would not recommend buying from this location ever!! These women were awfully rude and unhelpful.

I had a great first experience shopping here! I had the pleasure of being assisted by Kate, and she was so helpful and kind. Not only was she helping me, but she was working the dressing room helping other women, too! I had no idea what my bra size was since losing weight after having babies, and she was so patient with me in figuring everything out; she was such an expert on different types of bras! I'm definitely shopping here from now on!

The service and attention I received where great! I had read prior reviews about super bad service, so I was hesitant to go into this store, but I decided to just try them anyway since they were having a huge bra sale. It's possible they have changed management. They couldn't have been more attentive. Also, their bras are super good quality and last way longer than those I've bought at other stores.

I went in tonight with my daughter and we were both desperate for new bras. Amanda and Lauren were so positive and helpful, and even though it was close to closing time they happily measured each of us and helped us find bras that worked. We will definitely be back to this location for the stellar customer service!

The sales associate named Kim was AMAZING to work with. She had great energy and was so knowledgeable. She was able to help me with speed and was able to focus on you even when jumping between other customers. She made shopping at Soma a great experience and the bras are great to boot!
