I had a great experience with Yen at Sport Clips! She was friendly, attentive, and really took the time to make sure my haircut came out exactly the way I wanted. Yen pays close attention to detail and checked in with me throughout the cut to be sure everything looked right. She was professional but also easy to talk to, which made the whole appointment relaxing and enjoyable.
