I really like the online app To make an appointment. It allows me to get other things done instead of wasting time waiting for a haircut at the barbershop. The main reason I go to this sports clips is because of Izzy. She is extremely talented and always gives me an awesome haircut. We moved to another town and I tried other places. I could not find anyone who could cut my hair as well as she could so I decided to go back and it was well worth the extra drive. Sports clips is very lucky to have Izzy on their team, she is definitely a superstar stylist!!

Worst customer service experience. I waited an hour to get a hair cut with only 2 people front of me. One of the only two stylists working spent 40 minutes on one guy and then took a 20 minute break after while I waited. I finally left without getting my hair cut. I will never go back to ANY SportClips.

Overall great area, wait time, and cleanliness. Our barber seemed to be newer and didn’t really blend a taper well on my son. Not worth the price tag quite frankly although he was friendly. He may just need more practice.

Manager was rude and disrespectful. I’ve visit many sports clips and have never been spoken to they way I was at this location. If this is how sports clips is going to operate, I will find somewhere else to take my business.

Candie was awesome. I came in for a walk in and she got me to her chair asap. We did a wash with shampoo and conditioner and she answered all my questions. She was so informative with hair care information and very personable. If I ever need a nice wash again, I'll be coming here and I'll be specifically asking for Candie!!!

The manager is so rude and unwelcoming, the place is fine and the barber handled my hair was nice and proBut the lady manager there needs to learn how to communicate nicely with customers .This branch is not recommended but overall the brand is good

Been coming here for a while. Checked in online for Izzy and confirmed in-store. Wait list showed me as in-store and on deck - 0 minutes wait. I waited in-store for Izzy for a little over 10 mins, only for her to come out of the office and take someone else. Canceled and walked out in disappointmentEdit: maybe Izzy was having lunch and there might’ve been a glitch in the system.

DO NOT go to Duane. He definitely does not have any idea what he is doing. I should have know when he had to redo a client right before my son that I should have waited for our regular girl Candie. Never again. Had to go back and get my son’s hair fixed by Candie who is amazing. Someone needs to send Duane back to hair school!
