In the five years that I have lived in McKinney, this is the only dry cleaner I will use from now on! I have tried so many others; and my clothes have either not been cleaned well, or they have been ruined. The staff at Stacy Cleaners is second to none! Their service is excellent, and you don’t even have to take my word for it! When you see how your clothes are returned to you, you’ll understand! . . .

This place is Exhibit A on how NOT to run a business. I never write reviews but this place is the absolute worst. My wife had our curtains dry cleaned here. She asked them specifically about their capabilities/knowledge for curtains before leaving them. They assured her they knew what they were doing. Upon picking them up all curtains had shrunk significantly. We went in to discuss with them but were given the run around. Multiple times we were told to come back within a specific window in order to speak with the manager. He was never there. Probably the reason why the place is such a disaster. When we were finally able to speak with him, he printed out the company's liability statement which says they do not take responsibility for anything. I asked, " If you were in my shoes, Is that how you would want a business to handle it?" He then said we are done here and walked off. It is the worst ran business I have seen.

The new owner is the ABSOLUTE BEST! My clothes are always done perfectly, and even more important, he and the staff always greet me with a smile. They make the process so easy with the drop off/pick up window. I once needed my clothes the same day and was a little late to get the same day service, but they worked with me to make it happen. They truly want to make their customers happy! Love Stacy Cleaners now with the new ownership! Would highly recommend.

They damaged our ties and owner (little man with white hair) denied responsibility, saying the ties were too old. The age of the tie is irrelevant to the expectation of receiving professional service. A service provider should take care of items entrusted to them regardless of their age, especially if no prior warning was given about potential issues with older items. The key issue here is the quality of service, not the age of the item. It's reasonable to expect that a garment given for cleaning would be returned in good condition or, at the very least, no worse than it was. Complete lack of integrity! Zero star!

Best cleaning service I have ever experienced. Awesome professional service. They keep you informed. My favorite feature is the ready notification we received by text. They also have a military and first responder discount which I appreciate. This is the place to go!

They lost my lab coat that had my name on it but would not even admit that they screwed up. Terrible customer service.

I had the worst experience ever at this place. They damaged my daughter’s bright new dress. It was only wore once. Today, I came to pick up other clothes and brought it to the attention of an African American guy working the front desk. I was speechless of his reaction, he was rude, slammed the sliding door on me and did not let me explained to him about it! When I asked to speak with the owner i was told to submit my complaint online! Very low customer service never experienced at this placed before. I won’t ever come back and will take my business somewhere else.Service: Clothes pressing
