We went to Stacy's 3 weeks ago.I had visited this store a few months prior and really liked the sales associate Jeanie . Being a loyal type of person, I asked for her when we walked in. I had already picked a few items from their website and picked out a couple of accent Chairs and a bedroom set and we still had to find other pieces to furnish a 6K sq ft home .We then came upon a sideboard/ buffet that I liked very much . It was on sale and still over 3K . I did not want to spend a lot on one piece, but since I really liked it, we decided to purchase it. But Jeanie informed us that it's out of stock , however we could take the display .So I started to look at it more carefully when a man showed up and intruded without introducing himself saying " there is nothing wrong with this piece". I should have ignored him, but I showed him some marks. He started wiping the marks off with his sleeve saying " it's just fingerprints, see?... it's going away ". The marks were not going away, but instead of arguing, I showed him a very visible scratch wondering how he attempted to wipe the scratch off ! He then said ok we'll make it look like new before we deliver it to you . I noticed that the door hinges needed adjustments as well. I called my husband over to ask him about the doors, and to see if he is ok with us taking home a display item. This guy whose name I later found out to be " Dorian", intruded again talking to my husband about the hinges. While he was talking to my husband , I asked jeanie to write up a ticket for the sideboard and add it to other items that we picked out. Dorian then walked away , again no " thank you for coming in" , no "goodbyes", no "see you later" , nothing . My husband asked me who the guy was. I asked why ? Well apparently Dorian told my husband that he's " ALLOWING " us to take the floor model ! What ? ALLOWING ? I asked Jeanie and she said Jeanie said he's a son/or a close relative of Mr.Stacy . I told her what he said and she started apologizing . I said , " I'm sorry Jeanie, I am walking out unless HE apologizes". As we were walking out I saw Jeani talking to him , but Dorian did not make a move. Which makes you wonder : if they don't need anyone's business, then why bother putting pieces on sale ? Obviously , his ego took priority over the family business and worse yet over all those sales associates who are there on 100% commission trying to make a living including Jeannie . I've owned and operated multiple businesses for over 35 years. Dorian either has to have a desk job , and not interact with the public, or he should go to customer relations classes to learn how to respect customers if not people in general .This review is intended mainly for his family members . Because they won't hear it from sales associates who stay and those who quit might say something but have it fall on deaf ears since no one listens to disgruntled employees. Managers or supervisors should be empowering , encouraging and helping their sales reps not to jeopardize their sales and cost them their hard earned commission. I found exactly the same piece elsewhere , and will not ever be going back. But hopefully something will improve for the sake of the sales associates.

Does not stand behind product. Bought two recliners and a couch in August 2022. April 2022 a small tear showed up in a seat, Purchased the warranty put in claim was denied because I did not lie. I had no clue why it happend if I said the dog it would of been covered. (waste of money) Stacey sent a technician out made the hole bigger with finger. Ordered a part two plus months later wrong part. Was told they would reorder never did, claimed can't get it not their problem you are screwed.The other recliner is fine, this is a material fault and should of been replcaced. Never again. Calls not retured and was hung up on by the owner who said put in a new claim? How is that supposed to work. Warrenty company declined second claim because I couldn't lie now and say oh must of been the dog now. NEVER AGAIN.

Went with a friend who finally found what she was looking for in a dining room set. It is a custom feature, very specific to the house. They were able to get Labor Sale pricing too. The Staff was so friendly and personable. Even work with an organization that will take replaced furniture and sell as consignment! Such a great way to be able to make room for the new.

Professional service from the start to finish . Needed a new mattress and Jeanie was most informative and helpful- brought in the expert in that Dept and the two of them gave us lots of time and help with choosing the best one for my needs . My sister was with me and because of her public service over the years -they thanked her and that was most appreciated ! I will recommend this store to anyone who needs furniture ..

I can not say enough good things about Stacy Furniture in Allen. They went above and beyond with quality furniture I’ve purchased in the past but this time around I was absolutely Blown Away with the personalized service I received from Sales rep Jennifer and Rug Sales Rep Alex. I literally went in yesterday just to look around and ended up purchasing 3 rugs! When delivering the rugs today Alex brought a few options to choose from because I wasn’t absolutely sure on one of my options. But after seeing all my options in its actual space it made all the difference and helped me make the best decision. Try getting that kind of service while just purchasing something online…..you just won’t anywhere…period. You have a customer FOR life! Thank you guys sooooo much! Here are all my rugs I purchased! Absolutely gorgeous! I can’t believe I’ve gone so long without them!

A family owned local business is rare these days. Stacy Furniture offers the experience of shopping with family. We bought a leather couch 13 yrs ago along with other furniture through the years. I mention the couch because it is the BEST piece of furniture we have ever owned.

Lisa was of great assistance to me when purchasing my custom made dining table and chairs. She was very patient as it took me over a month to make a decision after searching high and low for the perfect set! I can’t wait to receive my new furniture in a few months once it’s been made. Lisa was sure to point out many things I didn’t even consider which helped me select the perfect size of the pieces for my space. My husband and I went to Stacy’s to look for a couch yesterday and couldn’t have had a more pleasant experience. Our sales person, Jennifer, was so helpful and made the process so easy and pleasant. Having her decorating experience and advice was very helpful. We will certainly shop at Stacy’s again and will always be sure to ask for Jennifer.

Repeat Customer NO More. We decided to replace our Stacy sectional with another. We ordered this gray stock fabric, but with one extra section. After waiting 6-7 months for it to come in during the pandemic, it would not make the turn up the stairs in our townhouse. We didn’t realize the extra piece would be built as a solid section. Our salesperson was nice but said we would owe $850 to have Stacy take it back. Had we not ordered the extra section, we would have received a credit. The store manager evaded our calls and never called us back to discuss as we requested. Managers should step up and handle the difficult discussions, but this poor woman had to call us back and she had no decision-making ability.Everything was back ordered, so this common gray sectional was likely sold by them the first weekend after we paid them to keep it. Stacy’s feel good commercials are nothing like their actual customer service. If you use them, you may be burning money. Don’t believe the “family” hype. Will never darken their door again.

Mary Edwards was awesome!! She listened to what I was looking for even though I wasn’t exactly sure what that was, without any pressure. She asked appropriate questions and then lead me around the store to numerous options until I narrowed my decision down to 2 choices. And again no pressure for me to make a final decision on my initial visit. I returned the next day with a few more questions. She answered them completely and I was able make a final decision and purchased my recliner. I can’t wait for it to be delivered!!

Great experience at Stacy's from start to finish! Jennifer was amazing to work with, we're so happy with the coffee table we purchased. After searching at other stores and online for a week, we walked in and told her what we had in mind and she helped us find the PERFECT coffee table within 10 min and it was in our house 3 days later which is very rare these days! Delivery guys were extremely careful and super friendly as well! Look forward to working with Jennifer more in the future with some other projects we have planned! I would definitely recommend Jennifer if you're needing help furnishing any room, she is very helpful and not pushy! It's nice to to find a company like Stacy's that still makes Customer Service a priority, Thank you!!!

I had the best experience ever here. I walked in not knowing what would work best for my living space but Jennifer Turner helped me out so much!! She gave me the best key points to match the theme I had going, which pieces would suit my living space, and was very friendly and patient so I can be content with what I would take home. Jennifer Turner helped us with bedroom furniture. After us wandering and touching everything we didn’t like she stepped in and helped us find what we did like. She showed us different options and helped us make a decision. Very low key. One of the best furniture shopping experiences we have had. We will go back to her again.
