I was disappointed with the service I received with the Starbucks at Kroger on McDermott and Alma location in Allen this Sunday morning! There were two employees and I was the only customer! They totally ignored my presence till they finished their conversation then one of them approached the register where I was standing and with a very lukewarm attitude asked me what I need. After I place my order, and paid, they continued with their conversation. It was mind blowing to me that a Starbucks at a grocery store with two employees to serve customers, has no interest of serving the very customers who make it possible for the business to be successful. After a lengthy wait, I got my order and it was terribly made. I went back to let them know, tho one of them apologized and told me she will fix my drink, it was the same issue, with completely no sense of urgency! I work in a service industry and I am very aware when a customer is not served properly and I was one of them this Sunday morning at this Starbucks in my neighborhood. We do have a free standing Starbucks stores in our neighborhood and I don’t see why Kroger bother to have one in the store if they do not have employees who know the standard service of Starbucks. I will never get my coffee there again, but since it’s my neighbor store and I do my groceries there, I just want someone to address the issue if the company cares enough.

Was just in the Drive-thru and I must say, there were 2 of the nicest employees working this morning. ?I got my a Iced Caramel Machiatto and egg, bacon, with cheese.☺️I was in and out of the Drive-thru in record time.?Thanks Starbucks!?Now this is how you do business with a smile!?Stop by this Starbucks. I will most definitely be back.?

There is a thief at this location! Blonde hair was working drive thru on Saturday morning....stealing debit and credit card numbers. Used my card to purchase golf clubs for $650! May you get caught and serve jail time!!

The barista JASMINE called my mom a “karen” after she dropped my moms pastry on the floor and refused to get her another one. LOL does starbucks just hire anybody these days?Embarrassing. ?

I'm a new Starbucks convert, but I reguarly go now. Every store I've been to has been outstanding when it comes to friendliness and customer service, with the exception of this one. Want to be the only one standing at the counter and still be ignored? Here ya go!Want super slow service because the staff is too busy chatting amongst themselves? This is definitely the location you want to hit up. Want to have your order repeated back to you, but yet be made completely wrong and left sitting on the counter while you continue to wait? I think you see where I am going with this.Yes, they offered to re-make my drink, but they had wasted enough of my time and I got a refund. NEVER EVER will I return to this location. It's not representative of the brand at all.

I usually go to Twin Creeks Starbucks. The service there is awesome.On average I spend 30 to 50 a day on Starbucks. I have gold cards for myself, my elderly mom and my two teenagers. However they ran out of my tea due to a shortage so for 1 week I have been going to Krogers Starbucks which benefited great;y by me going because I spend a ton of money in the store. Anyhow I purchased my tea and I always go back for a refill. I asked her if I could get my refill or did I have to wait. She was very ugly and treated me like I was trying to get a free drink. She even said, Didnt I give you a free tea the other day?' If your a VIP on the Starbucks app and you can order a premium drink then you can get a refill in the same visit. The store rings it up as a refill and the app (not the store) takes it off. Im not sure why the manager was so ugly about it but she seemed to think I just wanted free drinks. To treat a good paying customer like they are trying to be deceptive is a bad business practice!
