Called them while driving to ask if they could take us 2 minutes after closing to pick up dry cleaning. We drove 45 minutes. They told us straight up no they close at 7. Should've just teleported through unsuspecting traffic. Very disappointed.

Stephens Cleaner - NEW and NOT improvedI have been going to Stephen's Cleaners for over 10 years. I've known that they cost a bit more but the service and quality used to be great. Even nicer, I would get a 50% off coupon for my birthday every year.Today I picked up my cleaning and the new manager refused to honor to coupon. Said it was not for her store, even though that is the only Stephens I have ever used and they have honored it for the past 10 years. There is nothing on the coupon that states a location or limitation. 50% off all dry cleaning and it is from them. They refused to honor it and when I got mad, I was told "F*** you." After refusing to honor a solicitation that THEY sent ME, I was then told off to boot. Never going here again and would recommend others avoid as well!

This place used to be excellent and is super close to our home but after changing hands a couple years ago is now awful. They lost one of my jackets during the transition and I gave the new guys a chance but they are incompetent. Today was the last straw as they were rude to my wife at the counter. They have lost our business.

I had been going there for a couple years, every couple weeks, and all was good, but last month I stopped going there because they lost a pair of my pants and refused to acknowledge that they did, or even offer to look for them. That experience left a bad taste in my mouth and have not been able to go back since. It seems so petty to loss a loyal customer over such a small thing, but they managed to do it.Services: Clothes pressing

I took a pair of pants to be dry cleaned. I got them back and the were stiff, itchy, and had shrunk over a full size (I know this because I own the same pair in a size smaller and the pants I took to get cleaned now fit much tighter than the smaller pair). I am so upset that I didn't read the reviews before using this dry cleaner. They claim they can fix the pants, but they would not explain to me how they would try to unshrink them. They just kept repeating that I should drop them back off. I don't trust them to fix their mistake.

This laundry just lost a customer…. I took my clothes here at Least 3 times and they came back smelling bad and literally more dirty with crumbs .I made two complaints and the last one they didn't even wash the clothes they just ironed the clothes it came back dirty with food and makeup.I complained and told them I paid a good amount of money for them to not even wash it and just returned it ironed with the same stains and smell.What did they do? They just washed it again and didn't even say sorry.In addition to the manager not having patience.I do not recommend anyone to bring their clothes here and I will do the same.

We’ve been using Stephen’s for years. Today as I am picking up my cleaning, and as I hand in our annual 50% off birthday coupon, the attendant says they don’t honor it since they are no longer Stephen’s. The sign says Stephen’s. My receipt says Stephen’s. I got the coupon only a few weeks ago yet they refused to honor it.I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
