I’d had a MASSIVE issue with TMobile call-in support but I went in the store and my issue was quickly and efficiently handled.Justin was a standout, listening to me vent and then perfectly reassuring me that he would resolve the issue. Simply stated, he was OUTSTANDING!!!

Sales associate was very pleasant and professional but unfortunately couldn't satisfy my requirements simply because she was trying to sell what is good to her not from the customer perspective. I believe she was following the company directives not the customer satisfactions.

Josh, you made this girl very happy today! I went in with a pretty difficult situation and Josh went above and beyond to make sure I got everything done and left with a working phone. Today, I’m glad to be a part of the T-Mobile family because of Josh. Thank you!

On 12/23/2023, I purchased an accessory for a Christmas gift at a T-mobile store Unfortunately, the accessory didn’t work properly. On 1/7/2025 (15 days later), I went in to return the accessory, expecting, as anyone should, that it would be relatively normal and quick. To my surprise, the young lady who was helping me said that their return policy is 14 days. Long story short, a 14-day return policy is unacceptable. If I had shopped for my Christmas present as normal people do, my return date would've expired before the present was even opened!The T-mobile store is in Allen TX (The Village at Allen).The name of the lady I spoke to is Michelle who said she is the assistant manager. The other lady that was assisting us is Yesenia.

I was switching to T-Mobile from Verizon and Anthony got me all set up with a new iPhone and everything else I needed! He made sure I had the best deal and was so patient when we ran into some trouble with Verizon. He got everything handled so efficiently and made the process actually fun!? Thank you Anthony!

A came in to this store after already having gone to a different T-Mobile store that was a waste of time because the same issue occurred again, I was going in circles trying to solve it, but Mustafa was beyond patient and did everything he could step by step for 2 hours to finally solve my issue with my phone, watch and help me file a claim. His customer service was amazing and he went above and beyond to get me a solution. Definitely someone I’ll be coming back to for any of my T-Mobile needs.

There were two assistant managers in the front that were hesitant to greet and acted as if I interrupted there conversation. The store was barely busy and they said they could not help me with a simple screen protector replacement that comes with my plan and told me I would have to wait 20-30 minutes for a rep to free up for something that takes only 2 minutes max. That the reps get no benefit from because they don't earn a commission off of my replace screen protector

I had the great fortune of working with Anthony today, with just a little help from Michelle. I upgraded from a 6s, to a 15 Pro, and it was super simple. I would definitely recommend this location.

I had the pleasure of working with Jeffrey! I went in there cause my series 9 wasn't working. He took his time with us and tried to fix the issue, we had to call their back office to try and fix the issue. Although the issue went beyond the store's capabilities, he was very patient and friendly with us throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend Jeffrey to anyone visiting the store!

Mustafa was so amazing with his customer service and explaining the bill. He was willing to hear us out from our last experience over the phone and at a different T-Mobile location.as someone who works in the customer service Industry I truly appreciate and his politeness and kindness! Thank you !

Anthony was extremely helpful in assisting me with purchasing a phone upgrade. Friendly, knowledgeable and transparent.He reminded me that T-Mobile internet was now available in my neighborhood and I should consider switching over to it, a “simple” process. I agreed and brought the gateway home to set up.But…………….That was yesterday.Tomorrow it gets packed up and returned to the store. I spent 35 minutes on the phone with Support because of a known glitch in the app that’s needed to set it up. Our devices, laptop, desktop, iPads and iPhones all connected, with no problems.Today we tried to print from these devices. None of our devices could find the AirPrint printers. My wife was not happy. At all. The saying “Happy wife, happy life” was definitely coming into play. So unless T-Mobile can send a Tech to install the system 100% for us, I guess we’re stuck with AT&T, which is $20 more a month. Like I wrote earlier, it’s packed up and getting returned tomorrow.

This is not the fault of the store but the false advertising that T-Mobile is continuing to perpetrate on the public. The advertise their price is a "lock in rate". It is not. I had a "locked in rate" several years ago with automatic payment from me credit card. A few months ago T-Mobile decided to charge an extra 15% unless I switched to a debit card. That's just plain unethical and this 5-year customer is going elsewhere.

Recently went in to start a new account and was helped by Yessenia, she went out of her way to make sure that I would get the best deal available, her knowledge in helping me pick the right device only made it easier on me and my family, I highly recommend her when going to this location!

I came in to this T-Mobile after going to 2 different ones that same day and my problem was resolved in under 20 mins. Your associate Mustafa had excellent customer service and went above and beyond to make sure I was able to access my phone again. I really appreciate him so much!
