I want to tell you about the Talbots Outlet Store in Allen, TX. We come to Dallas about 5 times a year. My wife likes a very particular style and color. I have been able to get here at this store in the past. This time when we went here we were pleasantly greeted by Mari Lou who helped us find what was in stock ghat fit our needs. She was very helpful and went to extra effort to make sure we were taken care of. Kelly then stepped in and helped search the entire stock of all stores. These ladies are great customer service professionals.

This store brand in general is not what it used to be. Quality in clothes has changed a lot and the styles have gone from bad to worse. Good customer service and pretty spacious place to shop around at this location though.

I just left there. Women that work there to me act snobby and not helpful. Cloths are overpriced I think. People that work there to me, make you not want to buy anything. You work at Talbot's give me a brake ,please don't act snobby when we come in. My thoughts anyway

Easy to maneuver within store. Has Plus sizes & Petites in stock and on clearance. Helpful & friendly staff, quick & easy checkout.

A word of caution....Getting in and out of this mall and parking will destroy your shopping experience and possibly ruin your hopes for humanity.At Talbot's outlet, the new in-season styles we're 20% off but still pricy, and I didn't see any of the styles that I loved from their regular store. Out of season clothes were marked down 60 to 70% but selection was very poor. I bought a sweater for $25, but at this time of the year I could have found the same deal anywhere.

Visited with my wife. On the Sunday we visited, they closed an hour before the rest of the mall. We walked in about 10 minutes before the abbreviated closing. Talbott is my wife's favorite store, but we felt very rushed by employees constantly looking at their watches.
