Honestly this Target is the best. I’d almost lost hope in the customer service of this century, let alone Allen Texas, but let me tell you, come to this Target and you’ll be blown away! Thank you mystery cashier who was so friendly, expedient, and kind today. Even the ones who take a little longer but are genuinely happy to help scan your purchases, despite it taking a little longer because they are chatty and a little older 🫶🏻. This store does it right every time, and leaves hope for humanity and the future. Thank you!

Their pickup people don't check expiration dates. Multiple boxes of food are expired in my order.

I bought my daughter some new summer clothes. I wanted to purchase a pair of sunglasses, but there was no price tag. My husband went and found a matching pair of a different color to get the price. The lady at customer service told me she couldn’t sell me the pair I wanted if it doesn’t have a price tag because it will ring up as a “mystery item”. I said I would give cash for the item so she doesn’t have to ring it up. She said that they have to ship the sunglasses back to the vendor because they aren’t allow to sell them since they’re not on their website anymore. So instead of selling me the sunglasses, she took them back and said they’re shipping them back to the vendor. What kind of backwards nonsense is that? So much for customer service. Will not shop at this store again with their ridiculous policies.

I love this location. It's well-maintained, staffed, orderly, clean, it was remodeled some years ago, as well as being well stocked on their merchandise. When other Targets are out of stock on an item, 9/10 times Allen North will have it.

Happy to change this review if Target responds and tells me I’m wrong. I tried to return a product my wife bought online. I had the original order and receipt from her email. I had the order number. But the lady asked for a barcode. Am I wrong to believe with my wife’s email, the order number, and the fact my wife has a Target account she used to purchase wasn’t enough and she was just being lazy. Hoping I’m wrong about this but that service experience was poor.

I've gone to this target for a few years and and around December I was told by one of the employees that they had hired a bunch of new people to help out in the drive up section and that's why my order was wrong. Unfortunately they have yet to fix this issue, not only does it often take forever to be given your order, up to 15 min but they often give me the wrong items despite opting out of any substitutions. I'd rather go to another target completely. The reason I get drive up is because the gigantic store is often crowded with people but when i have to go in anyways to return something you guys got wrong, it just negates the whole purpose.

This Target was underwhelming. 😕 The store was clean 🧹 and stocked with the basics, but the shopping experience felt lifeless. Customer service? ❌ Practically nonexistent. Staff didn’t greet us, offer help, or even acknowledge we were there. Instead, they just kept their heads down, avoiding interaction. 🙄 Retail stores used to be engaging and exciting, but now they feel like they’re just going through the motions. 💤
The toy section was really small 🧸, and the NECA/McFarlane collector’s section was even worse 🎭⚔️—barely stocked and shoved off to the side. Compared to other Targets, this location’s selection felt especially lacking. If you’re hoping to find anything good, don’t get your hopes up. ❌🛍️
And what happened to electronics departments actually being fun? 🎮📺 They used to be interactive, exciting, and a place to discover new tech. Now? It’s just TVs and video games. 🎮📦 Nothing fun, nothing engaging, just a dull section with no real reason to explore. 😴
On top of that, why bother driving here 🚗💨, wasting gas ⛽, and standing in long lines ⏳🚶♂️ when they have 50 registers and only ONE open?! 🤦♂️ At this point, shopping online is just the better option. 💻📦 At least Amazon won’t ignore you. 🙃

Every time I visit this location there are large holes of missing product and there is never any open registers beside 4 self checkout. For context I visited today between 5:20 and 6:00 pm.
