Highly recommend the prenatal yoga classes. Great blend of stretching and high intensity yoga for all stages of pregnancy. The classes also build a community of mamas going through similar things and it really helps to share and hear other people's experiences. Caroline is a great teacher and mentor.Can't wait to come back for mama and baby yoga!

Wonderful classes and instructor. I highly recommend any pregnant women take this class for the exercise and community. The classes are a great blend of stretching and relaxing while also getting your heart rate up and actively moving your body.

Caroline is not only an amazing teacher but an even more incredible person. Moms and babies have so many needs and she somehow magically meets them all. She’s everyone’s best friend and always has your side and support. You won’t regret attending this class.

Caroline is amazing and an expert in her craft. She has an amazing sense of humor, very kind, and flexible with everything. She makes the class so interesting and interactive that you never feel bored or tired in the class even when you are working out pretty hard. The prenatal yoga class is so informative, it helps you to prepare for the demands of pregnancy both physically and mentally. Caroline manages the class so well, she asks everyone about any issues that might be going on and adjusts the class accordingly. Apart from an excellent class, it also serves as a close knit community for expecting mothers to be. The ladies in the group are so resourceful and helpful towards each other that you feel so much support during this amazing and challenging journey. I would highly recommend this class for every mother to be for your overall wellbeing. Words are just not enough to say enough about it. I am so thankful that i found this and been a part of this amazing community. Thank you Caroline for putting this together and keeping us all healthy.

What an experience it has been!!! The first class - I remember I was just 16 weeks pregnant and met Caroline - our yoga instructor. She is such a compassionate yoga instructor…First thing she remembers each and every persons name and second thing she makes sure she follows what they say. Class begins with sharing each other’s experience and each mommy to be shares, prays about other mommy to be. Caroline is very cheerful yoga instructor and this is the yoga you are looking for if you are pregnant right now, I delivered my baby easily and I already miss this yoga a lot!!!!!

Caroline is an absolutely brilliant Yoga teacher. Her classes provide a great way for expectant mothers to be knowledgeable and get confident about their upcoming labor, pelvic health and so much beyond.The class cohort also serves as a tight knit community for moms to share their pregnancy experiences, share advice and feel supported. I’m so glad I signed up for both her Monday and Wednesday class series. I can feel a difference in my physical and mental strength already. So Grateful for the amazing community she has created.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND this class for momma's to be! Not only does Caroline customize around your prenatal needs, but has she has created such a warm and inviting community for all levels. I only wish I discovered this class sooner! Plus she goes above and beyond with neck massages, aromatherapy, tea and more!

I attended the ten tiny yoga prenatal yoga class and I had a very amazing experience. Caroline is a very experienced yoga instructor and ensures the classes are fun and informative while addressing the issues we are facing in our pregnancy journey. Cannot wait to go back to Mommy and baby classes as soon as I can.

Highly recommended for any pregnant lady out there who wants to take care of her body and mind. I started at week 12 and I've been consistent every week attending Caroline's class and I can tell my body is thanking me for doing prenatal yoga (currently I'm 34 weeks pregnant). No need to worry if you have never done yoga. This class is special, very focused on each momma's needs and Caroline spoils us with many treats and aromatherapy techniques. Plus it becomes a community where you can share your concerns and questions amongst other moms and it feels GREAT to share knowledge and laughs. You won't regret it. Trust me.

Loved every minute of it! Prenatal Yoga, snacks, hot tea and a cold cloth during savasana that smelled like relaxation heaven with a positive group of ladies. What more could you ask for? Caroline was an extremely welcoming and knowledgable instructor that has an infectious positive personality. Exactly what this new mama to be needed. Thank you Caroline!

I went for prenatal yoga at Ten Tiny Toes. Love the warmth I felt with Caroline, our yoga instructor . It is not like teacher / student classes but more interactive and friendly. We used to discuss our issues as a group and find solutions. Super relaxing experience.

This practice has been a weekly staple in my life for almost a year now! I found the class early in my pregnancy and prenatal yoga gave me such a great community of mommies to be. Caroline is so knowledgable and helpful with pregnancy aches and pains! My labor was great and I actually had a nurse ask if I’d done prenatal yoga because it makes everything easier! We picked up mom and baby yoga once baby arrived and it is so fun and a great way to get out and about but still feel supported with my newborn!

I cannot rave enough about Caroline and her yoga classes! She is absolutely wonderful and so very helpful. I went to her pre-natal yoga class and it was by far, one of the best things I could have done to alleviate the pregnancy discomforts/pains and also get a good workout. I then continued on with her mommy & baby class as soon as I was able because I missed her classes and the other mommas. Her classes are so welcoming and everyone is always happy to share tips and information with each other! Definitely much more fun than your average yoga class!

She genuinely cares about you and your baby's mental and physical well being.The prenatal and postpartum journey can be both daunting and isolating experiences, especially for a first time mom. Caroline brings the moms together, creates a supportive and fun community, and ensures everyone leaves feeling refreshed, strong and confident. I would attend every day if there were more sessions!
