It is always a pleasure conducting business at this bank . The staff are always helpful, friendly, and professional. They really get to know you and treat you like a close friend or family member....especially Miss Anna, she goes above and beyond to assist you with your needs or will find another resource if needed. It is always wonderful to see her beautiful smiling face!

Anna is who I’ve worked with over the years and she is awesome! She always has a positive attitude and takes pride in how well she does her job. If she is any indication of Texans Credit Union, it is the fact that they know how to hire quality people.

I have been with Texans for years, and would not go anywhere else. The staff and services are great, and there is one young lady, Anna who is so wonderful. She is always positive and professional, and goes above and beyond for us. She is an asset to the staff at the Allen branch!!

The drive thru tellers are great. They know me and always ask how I want my bills. Anna aways remembers my name and ask how is my day going.I have been a member a long time and really like Texans

I have been a member of Texans Credit Union (TX CU) for decades.. . . . .Covid unfortunately closed down the two closest TX CU locations to me.. . . . .I have been going to the McDermott Road location in Allen since those closures.. . . . .Anna (0279) at the McDermott Road location is my All Time Favorite teller at TX CU.. . . . .Anna is professional, excellent, and has a Smile that would light up the nighttime sky.. . . . .Anna is the Most Happy, Cheerful, Friendly, and Upbeat person that I have ever met.. . . . .I wish everyone in the world was as happy and friendly as Anna.. . . . .I look forward to my next visit with TX CU at the McDermott Road location.. . . . .

My debit card used only at cash point machines was compromised, called help desk who confirmed it was canceled. Welcomed as soon as I entered and graciously assisted with issuing new card and cashing a cheque.(check)Perfect
