Just an amazing group of people working their tails off. Anything you may see as a kink gets worked out in seconds or they convince and beyond to help you help them. Absolutely awesome and helpful individuals that deserve just as much praise and love as the animals brought in.

I’m so glad I found TCAP. The process for checking in and waiting for vaccines is smooth and efficient. Yes, there will be a bit of a wait but you get to wait in your car and not stand outside in the heat. Plan to come early in the morning for vaccines. I arrived at 8:55am and was out around 10:30. Low-cost services provided by caring professionals that made me feel at ease during the process. I purchased a kitten package to get her vaccines, spay, and microchip for a much lower cost than a regular vet. I definitely recommend TCAP and thank them for the work that they do to help animals.

TCAP's are the best place to take your pets for vaccinations and neutering and spaying, etc. None of my rescue animals have ever had any problems after being here. It's very organized, everyone there is very nice and helpful.

This place is great - but there’s a ton of kinks they need to work out to streamline things.
Yall need clearly written signs outside of the location, stating what time check in begins for surgery, what time shots start, where to be and when. 3/4ths of the nurses time is spent answering questions from patients who have no idea where to go or what time to bring their animal because nothing is clearly written or stated - and I’m not talking about on the website. Literally just put a sign outside on the window that says “8am-9am surgery check in…9am shot check in etc…”. It would save so much time and energy.
Additionally, scheduling is a hot mess - which I know it’s not their fault that so many animals need neutering/spaying services that are affordable. But we were turned away 2 of our appointments today because we labeled them accidentally as males instead of females. We booked our appointments in April, it’s July, and now we must reschedule for the next open appointment which will probably be in the fall or winter. I understand spaying takes longer, but there needs to be some wiggle room on surgery in case they are misidentified. Very frustrating, especially since we are an independent rescue and use TCAP exclusively for our animals. Please be more lenient for rescues.
Lastly, no one answers the TCAP phone number - was on hold 10+ minutes and was hung up on.
