A teeny bit hard to find , but worth walking across through the gate. I called ahead & asked if there was time to fix our flute. Owner said he would have to see....In the end he addressed us right away , looked at it, fixed it in about 5 min! Charged about $10!! I was very pleased. We will go back! Thank you so much, The Band Connection!

Very unprofessional and belittling. The staff talk behind your back and have attitude for no reason, furthermore the wait time is stupid long, don’t recommend you waste any time there.

Perhaps their customer service would be better if you could get ahold of them? I have called repeatedly with no answer, and no answering service to leave a message. Went up to their location, and they allow one family at a time in the store, everyone else please stand outside in a line in 100+ heat in August in Texas. If you have another option, TAKE IT!

The pickup process was quick, easy and simple. It took no more than 10 minutes to pick up. I am very satisfied with the entire rental process.

Easy to rent an instrument from. Friendly staff. Office hours are limited 3-6 pm and office is inside gates of storage unit.

Mr. Walker is a very friendly guy but after renting my trombone with the f attachment for 3 years(36 payments) he calls and says I still owe him $500 to keep the trombone. I am very confused and will take down this bad interview if Mr. Walker changes this and I can keep the trombone without the extra payment because on the website, it says $25 a month and 36 payments to own and not 36 payments to own and an extra $500. I have been a good customer of Mr. Walker and have been renting two trombone with f attachments and am very disappointed in this.

Very helpful. Repairs get fixed quickly and you dont get charged much.

I guess I was expecting more, but I am very disappointed. Start off with The hours are horrible, not convenient what so ever!
