This place is very near where I live. I had never been here before though. Ran in to pick up a couple of things around Christmas. The people working (a man and a woman) were very friendly and helpful.

Check YOUR RECEIPT!!!!!! visited this store on Thursday night, November 14, and noticed a discrepancy between the price displayed for my alcohol purchase and the price on my receipt when I got home. I believe I was overcharged, which was disappointing. This experience has made me concerned about possible pricing practices, and I will likely choose to shop at Total Wine in the future for better clarity and consistency.

This place was better before management changed. there use to be a young lady who was so pleasant and personable who helped me pick something perfect every time. now it feels like it's all about money and the last couple recommendations have been for the birds.

My friend and I were just kicked out of the store for no reason. We walked in & the lady at the front yelled at us and told us to hurry up and then we asked her why she was yelling & she told us to leave & that she wasn’t selling. I’m not sure if this was racial discrimination or what. I wouldn’t purchase alcohol here unless you want treatment like this. My friend and I couldn’t belive it.

2/12/24: My wife and I happened to be in the area when we saw this store. We met Brandon, who was very friendly, engaging, and knowledgeable. We browsed the store and there is a very nice selection of liquor. The store was very clean. After talking with Brandon about my drink preferences, he offered us a sample of Boston Harbor Distillery Maple Cream. My wife is a coffee drinker and she really liked it. We bought a bottle, and I put my name down on a wait list for a couple of hard to find bottles of bourbon. We had a great shopping experience and will definitely visit again.

Excellent store and customer service! We are visiting from Memphis and DC and stopped by on our way to the mall. The owner was super kind and personable. He talked with my husband about bourbons and gave an excellent discount! Stop by, you won’t regret it!

Whoever the new owners are I like them. The staff is so friendly and engaged. I love the selection and prices. Destiny is so charming and energetic. She is quick with suggestions if I need a gift or want to try something new. Friendly environment.
