Where do I begin. If you lease from this company be prepared for inspections. By a third party. The person doing the inspection spoke 0 English. She took over 100 pictures. No exaggeration. Pics of personal property. We felt so violated. The worker was obviously here illegally. Taking pics of my daugters rooms. We hhave been perfect tenants. Rent paid on time. Property we'll taken care off. We are buying a new house. Our lease is up at the end of September. Mardia Group wants to show our house while we still live here. While we are not home. They put a lock box on our door. We must provide a key for them to show our house to strangers they have done no back ground check on. Completely unsafe for my children. They sent me an email saying if I pay them 1000 they wont show the property.

Mardia group worst place to rent from , never respond to issues , do what they want when they want Keith is very rude and unprofessional Warning to anyone looking for a place to rent do not i repeat Do not rent from the Mardia group. Leaks in the apartment and water bugs issue no good

First, I want to say Macy is an excellent realtor. She had us tour the house we wanted and approved within days of each other. She has shown that she is willing to go above and beyond to work with you as a tenant. As far as moving into the house, there were a few issues maintenance needed to take care of; however, Macy and Chris both made sure that what we needed was taken care of. I hope our future endeavors with the rental house and with The Mardia Group continue to be positive!

Chris Farr and his Team at The Mardia Group have been excellent to work with.
Chris made himself available on short notice to show us a home we were interested in renting. He was professional, friendly and helped us get the process underway to rent the property. His Team made the process of completing everything necessary for the move in by providing us with contact info for businesses that needed to be contacted for setup (gas, electric, water, etc). They even installed new air filters and made sure the home was winterized (we moved in December).
Since moving in they have been super responsive for a minor repair, as well as being proactive to let us know about the upcoming HOA pool access code.
Thank you Chris! We feel well taken care of and are enjoying the home and neighborhood.

As a first-time landlord, I’m grateful for Chris’s expert guidance throughout the tenant search process. He explained everything clearly and ensured a smooth transition with the new tenant. I thoroughly enjoyed working with him and in the process learnt a lot as well. What I really liked is that he always goes the extra mile to answer all the questions that you have (irrespective of how silly it is) and ensure you’re satisfied/ convinced. He never pushes you to take a side. He always listens to you and presents both sides of the coin to allow you decide for yourself. I would definitely work with Chris again!

I’ve been working with Mardia Group as my rental property manager for about three years now, and I can confidently say they’ve been a total game-changer. Before them, I went through three different property managers, each worse than the last. Even though I owned more than 10 properties, I was never able to turn a profit—until Mardia Group stepped in.
The last property manager I dealt with was outright hostile, refusing to turn over records, security deposits, or even the keys to my own properties. Chris Farr personally took it upon himself to track them down and wouldn’t leave their office until they finally complied.
