Not the greatest experience, bought a hoodie from the store and later in the day I realized that the security tag was on the garment. I called to see if there was a way to get it removed since I leave about an hour away, the gentleman on the phone said you can try but you going to damage the garment, he then said you can go to any other outlet to get it removed, basically they are my closes option! He said don’t go to north park mall because they are a full retail store and may give you grief for the tag. I went back to the store that I purchased the hoodie from and they took the tag off. The gentleman on the cashier machine said you could have taken it to any store and they could have just take it off for you this is a pretty coming tag. I know for sure no store is going to do that specially if you didn’t buy it from them. Honestly felt like just giving them what I bought back. There is no empathy what so ever. I own a small business and when we make a mistake we go above and beyond to accommodate our customer specially if they have to drive an hour to get there. I’ve spend almost the same on gas as I did for the hoodie.

Worst customer experience! I was inside the store shopping for a birthday gift when one of the associate that was working there approached me saying, “ Hey man, can you hurry up ? We’re trying to close”. That is unacceptable and that is no way to talk to a customer. He was very agressive and argumentative, almost tried to get physical. Again, this was the only male associate that was working there, and he was the only one that seemed to have an issue.
Extremely poor service !

Big thanks to mohamed who is one of the guys working there he helped me to get the small size of that nice sweatshirt even though I asked to other sales but they was saying that there is no more small size. That means that mohamed is doing his job very seriously and takes time to respond to the customers needs ! So thank you mohamed one more time !

My wife and I went in as we were shopping around on Sunday, we let time get by us and as we were walking in we were greeted by a lady telling us that they were closing in 2 minutes so if we could head out that would be better. I understand that the store might be closing and they have a rush to close out but kicking customers out rudely to get to that point just left a bad impression of the brand/store. Never had someone be that rude without a reason.
