I love me some Torrid. For years I was so cheap and would buy cheap clothes from discount stores and big box stores. No quality. I was sticker shocked when I first shopped here, but after trying their jeans on for the first time, I finally felt quality. I was hooked. I downloaded the app and got a Torrid credit card. Their reward cash program helps save money when spending money. I would recommend this store to all full figured women and girls!

Love the quality. Everything always fits do nicely on me and I love that. I only wish Torrid as a whole would step up the fashion and get more trendy and sexy styles.

It was okay- I have been to better torrid honestly. The workers weren't super friendly and not very many clothes, maybe it's just because it is the end of the shipment or something.

I went into this store yesterday and I wasn't greeted or asked if I needs assistance. A couple came in shortly after me and was greeted and ask if they needed help. I was never asked that, I started looking for mirror again I was never asked if I needed assistance or help. I ask the associate at the register did they have mirrors. She gave me a dry "they're in the back". On a whole I love Torrid but I will NEVER RETURN TO THE TORRID IN ALLEN OUTLET MALL. Before you ask no one was in the store when I enter also yes I'm a person color and the couple were white. I felt very offended. I'm totally shocked Torrid employ folks like this. I shop at torrid stores all over and this is the first time I left with a sour taste in my mouth. We have got to do better as a nation.
