We'd been long time customers at this location, always loved it.
This was our first wine tasting class, very informative. We tried 8 different reds and whites and learned a lot.
Snacks and bottled water were provided, would definitely check out other classes in future.

This location provides excellent service! The moment I entered the store, a staff member greeted me, asked what I was looking for, and guided me to the right aisle. I also noticed they have button-press machines on the racks to call for assistance, which is very convenient.
I was checking out premium bottles in a locked counter a staff member came over, explained how best to enjoy it. Typically, staff members stay with customers until payment is made for premium bottles, but she walked me to the counter, handed it over, and said, “I trust you,” before leaving. I really appreciated that gesture.
Overall, the team here is friendly, helpful, and provides outstanding service.

Fantastic selection of spirits, mixers, wine and beer (both regular and na). Excellent customer service - needed help finding an item and help was available. Very good experience.

This is my favorite location to go to and my experience is always pleasant. Everyone is typically very nice and helpful. Last night was different, maybe because it was Valentine’s Day. I’m not sure. My cashier PAM was very rude and nasty towards me. I told her the rep put something at customer service counter for me, she came back with the wrong thing then blamed it on me. I walked over to show her the rep who put it at customer service and showed her the bottle, she didn’t apologize or anything. She never asked me to put in my rewards phone number, I had to ask her if I could put it in. Then the worst part is when it was time to pay I told her I was using a gift card (which my company gave me to purchase items for our event) . She scolded me by saying I should’ve told her in the beginning. Ma’am, you never asked. She didn’t know how to use a virtual giftcard and I tried to walk her through it (because I was a seasonal worker at another location a few years ago) and she refused my help. Her manager came by to assist her. She was flat out rude and nasty. I told one of the workers there what was happening but I’m not sure if it got to the manager. I love this establishment and won’t let my experience PAM keep me from patronizing Total Wine. I’ll just say that sometimes you get treated bad by “Your Own Kind”. Maybe I was profiled for wearing a beanie and a hoodie but PAM, it was raining outside. You never know who you’re serving.
The 2 stars are for the reps that provide great service on the aisles. ZERO stars for PAM.
