Wanted to charge 15 dollars to put my box in their box, because they said mine was not acceptable. I’ve had other ups stores accept this kind of box without problems. Money grab.

I came into this UPS Store to make over 100 financial document copies for a legal matter involving a deceased relative. From the moment I walked in, the experience was frustrating and unprofessional.
I was told only staff could handle the copying. I provided two separate stacks: one black-and-white and the other in color. The man at the counter was short and snippy, with an arrogant attitude. He immediately told me there would be an upcharge for double-sided copies—even though I clearly asked for single-sided only.
Some of my black-and-white documents were legal size, while others were standard. Instead of sorting the five legal-sized pages, he decided to print everything on oversized paper to avoid the effort, which I didn’t ask for and which cost more. When I reminded him I needed exact copies, he snapped, “Well, you have to sort them,” which was shocking coming from someone who works at a printing store.
While reviewing the stack, I noticed he had run about 50 blank pages through the printer—and charged me for them. At one point, he snatched the originals from my hands, clearly rushing to do a careless job, and ended up jamming the machine and ripping one of the documents. These were irreplaceable originals from a deceased relative.
Eventually, his manager stepped in to fix the situation and issued a refund, but the damage was already done—both to the copies and the originals. What's more, while the manager offered a sincere apology, the employee himself never once apologized for his behavior or the harm he caused.
The lack of care, accountability, and the combative attitude were unacceptable. I would not recommend this location, especially for sensitive or important printing jobs.

we dropped off some print work to Preston and he was courteous and listened intently to our needs.
he alerted us when it was finished and when I arrived, the work was first class, excellent service and excellent product. we are very satisfied customers.

I was on the receiving end of $25,000 worth of loose computer equipment packed and shipped by this location a couple weeks ago. I gotta say, these folks are the absolute best in the business. We have decommissioned a dozen or more locations in the last 6 months, and this was the ONLY location that had zero broken items in shipping. WELL DONE Melissa and team, you guys are AMAZING!

Excellent customer service by Trevor- He helped me with cable equipment return and was a a pleasant to talk to, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and just a happy spirited guy- I had to do a review🙂Thank you Trevor- I noticed the other guy was also very nice to customers so they have the right guys working there.

These people are not professional,
They send my envelope,not on time.they are charged me $60 for 2 days delivery, with insurance ,of a refund
My envelope resived to destination in 5 days
They didn't pay back my refund, as well .
The manager told me the workers did something wrong...!!!

I had failed at three previous places that advertised notary services to be able to get something notarized, but on my 4th try (at the UPS Store), success! I was in and out quickly and easily even though there was a line. The notary was kind and professional and I was quickly on my way. Thank you for the positive experience and I’ll be back the next time I need something notarized!
