If you got a pink slip in the mailbox and was directed to this address, I’m sorry. Its over. You won’t find it at the post office and it’s prob lost. You’ll be stuck in the endless loop of “Write down your phone number. We’ll call you when we find it”.

I can give less if possible for staff. We reached earlier to appointment start time and stayed in line for 10 minutes to talk with staff. There is no information where to find application forms and there is no information desk/direction for passport appointment. And staff asked us to reschedule appointment though we are there ahead of our appointment but for the reason application is not filled, this we would have done if there is information where to find application forms.

I don’t like to use the word hate. But I hate this post office. Unhelpful, rude as hell and the laziness people on the planet.

How hard is it to fix the front door? I left the country last summer for work came back and the entry door is still broken as of July 2025. This creates a huge safety hazard, fire hazard, and ADA violation. When I reached out to a supervisor she blamed this on the public breaking the door weekly, and that is why it has not been repaired in a year. Yet no other businesses in the area are suffering from repeated door vandalism. You would think if this was the case, the police would be there monitoring the doors to catch all those door breakers and we'd be seeing this door breaking epidemic on the local news. Good to know, this is what our taxpayer dollars are paying for. It's also nice to know the public is being blamed for breaking the door every week, rather than the actual post office taking responsibility and just fixing it. Add this to the long lines and bad attitudes of some of the employees and they cant privatize the USPS soon enough.

They dont know what they are doing with passport applications..
Not checking thoroughly & still charge you 50$ for nothing and the passport processing is delayed because of this.

If you need to borrow something to write with, good luck. A lady who works there with the glasses on will make no effort to assist.

Time of Visiting this Location is 10:30 AM - 21st July, 2025.
It was my first time using their service and visiting any USPS location in person.
Staff was very friendly and helped me with my queries as I had some questions regarding the service I want.
Thank you so much for being super friendly and help me out.
I was out of the store within 5 minutes.

Have not received our residential mail in over 2 weeks! This means no bills being delivered, potential late payments because we never got them, etc. will have to contact our U.S. Representative Keith Self to see if his office can help us with this issue.

Rude, unprofessional, the box is literally right there and they wouldn’t let you pick it up. I think they get off from seeing people suffering and wasting their time. Do your business through UPS/Fedex only

This is the only post office i know that won't do multiple transactions. I have to mail for different clients, so I need to have different receipts. I have no problem with this at the Mckinney or Frisco POs. It's very inconvenient.

Rudest lady ever working behind the door to receive packages that were taken to the postal service due to someone not being at home, wouldn’t even let me get a word out as I was trying to explain my situation. Then gets an attitude and rolls her neck at me bc I’m not talking fast enough for her. I’ve been having to track down a package just for two companies to both tell me the package was up there, just for her to tell me it’s not. Someone is lying and honestly from the way she acted I don’t even believe she was trying to help or even looked for my package.

USPS took all of UPS packages (CLEARLY marked) costing my business a lot of money. I called the direct line over 20 times and nobody answers the phone to help you out. Zero customer service.
