A gentleman answered with hello, I asked if y'all had a specific medicine in stock and the reply from thean who answered was, \\\"I'm sorry, I don't know who is this.\\\" I proceeded to tell him it was the number for this pharmacy and he hung up.

Great customer service! Recommend going to a independent pharmacy rather then a chain pharmacy.
