Very upset with the service and frustrated currently. I have multiple accounts with Verizon. We are currently customer for over 16 years with wireless, business and Verizon connect. My son’s phone has an issue currently with cellular service because of an automatic update. I called tech support yesterday and it took almost 5 hours to resolve the issue. Today he woke up and the update triggered it again. I called in again and after 4 agents and 2 dropped calls or hang ups, they did NOT help us. I am really disappointed.

The customer service is poor, and the staff didn’t seem helpful at all—they gave the impression they just wanted us to leave the store.
This is supposed to be a Business Services location, and when I spoke with Verizon customer care earlier, they told me most services should be handled here. However, that didn’t seem to be the case. We ended up having to call customer care again and got things done over the phone instead.
Overall, a frustrating visit and not what I expected from a business services location.

Slow 5G. Too expensive and too slow. Because of the contract. I wish I can cancel. If I cancel I owe them and lose the old phone I traded to them.
