Great reps work here. They quickly helped with transferring a number over from a very outdated phone to a new one. Great to chat to as we waited for transferring info from one phone to another. Didn’t push but did inform of current promotions and very happy with said promotions.

Today I got the pleasure of speaking with Clinton. He was extremely helpful, and his troubleshooting skills were outstanding.
I've been to many other stores over the years, and Ialways felt rushed when other customers would walk in, so I really appreciate his dedicated time and attention to my situation!

The customer service at this location is excellent. From the moment we walked in, the staff was busy assisting other customers but still offered us chairs to sit and kindly asked us to wait, which was much appreciated.
Once available, they answered all our questions, helped with the new iPhone trade-in, and explained everything clearly. They even assisted with transferring data from the old iPhone to the new one.
Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience—great service!

This is an excellent store! While it is an Authorized Retailer and not a corporate store, the customer service at this location is more than 5 stars. The manager, Hasan Nori, runs an immaculate store. It is clean and very well taken care of and the store reps provide a white glove experience. If you want the best Wireless service and the best Customer service in the industry, then you must come see the guys at this store!.
