I enjoy shopping here, nut the price it still bit high compared to the quality of the cloth, especially the sweaters, I hope the shop will getting better and better. BTW, the discount is really great. The skirt in the photo only costs me 8.65 dollar which is really a bargain.

This was my first time visiting this shop, and I have to say—the clothes were super cute! They had a great selection with trendy and unique pieces that really caught my eye. I was excited to check everything out and even found a few items I liked.
Unfortunately, the customer service didn’t match the vibe of the store. The cashier seemed uninterested and wasn’t very friendly or welcoming, which definitely put a damper on the experience. It felt like I was bothering them just by being there.
I’d love to come back for the clothes, but I hope the staff is more approachable next time. A little kindness goes a long way!

Versona has a great selection of stylish items — I was really impressed with the variety and quality of their products. However, the customer service was disappointing. The staff didn’t seem very welcoming or eager to help, which made the shopping experience less enjoyable. It’s unfortunate because the store has a lot of potential, but customer service is just as important as the merchandise.

Went into the store today. I had to carry around clothes to try on for a long time before someone offered to start me a dressing room. I picked out 12 pieces. Once in the dressing room, no one checked in to see if I needed anything. I was in there a good 20 minutes. I needed different sizes in everything. Then I noticed black mold all over the ceiling in the dressing room and got out of there. The customer service here is abysmal. It’s a shame because sometimes they have a lot of cute clothes.

I like the clothes and the store, but customer service is lacking. We came in an hour before closing and were not approached by anyone when we entered the store. I was shopping when someone notified me they were closing the fitting rooms in 15 mins. I understand wanting to get out on time but it wasn’t even 730. Lots of customers and potential sales but they were too focused on cleaning up.
