I find it ironic that the sign in the drive through reminds customers to be kind, yet the pharmacy tech is rude. Customer service 101: greeting first, smile, etc. She just barked at me: Name? Date of birth? What are you looking for? She clearly hates her job. Maybe rethink the direction of the sign so the employees get the reminder

Extremely disrespectful worker was accusing my diabetic grandma of not having her medications. My poor grandma then had to go to a kroger and get her medications there. Will never go back to this Wallgreen again.

Scheduled the vaccine appointment on line and when I got to the store, they have no idea what is going on. I am not sur they know what they are doing and that's scary.

Instead of having customers wait at the drive thru while ya'll are filling their prescriptions, have them pull over or come back later when you're done just like other pharmacies do.
It's ridiculous to wait 20 minutes in line every time I come!

Their pharmacy is a hastle to deal with. Twice I had very ordinary prescription orders placed on hold and then released with no explanation of the hold or any additional info being required when I called them to see what was happening. I'm only contuing to put up with but I'm about at my limit with these delays in filling prescriptions.
. Addition (Nov 12,, 2024) My doctor sent an antibiotic prescription for me to my closrst Walgreens Saturday night. I went to Walgreens Sunday to pick it up only to find that the pharmacy is closed on Sunday. That does it for me. I'm transferring my long term prescriptions to a competitor.

There should be a time limit that one vehicle can sit in front of the drive thru window. Just a suggestion I thought was worth sharing as I am sitting third in line for about 25 minutes now.

I realize not everyone’s experience will be the same. I didn’t use the pharmacy or the restroom so I didn’t notice how clean it was.
This review is specifically for the gentleman that was working the cash register and photo desk basically by himself on Saturday, May 11th at 11:45 a.m. (I don’t know his name, but he had a tattoo of a knife on his right forearm.) He was so kind to everyone even under pressure of having multiple customers lining up at both desks. He even said bless you multiple times to a man that was sneezing elsewhere in the store. He let me look at my pictures before paying to make sure I liked them. He just radiated positivity and kindness, huge props to him, we need more people like him in the world.

This the worst pharmacy and the worst customer service. The medicine is never ready even if they call you and tell you it is . The pharmacy staff is very rude and unprofessional. They are always out of stock of one thing or another.
I will be switching to another pharmacy and will never use Walgreens again.

Their Pharmasist are incompetent, Why have a drive thru service if you will not attend anyone at the drive thru and focus solely on the line inside. Had 4 cars waiting for 30 minutes plus until we all decided to just go inside the store and get in line. Their common sense is non existant.

Literally the worst pharmacy staff ever. Every single one of the ppl I have dealt with at the pharmacy has been rude from the jump. I’m not a rude person but when you immediately have an attitude with me then best believe you’re getting the same back. It’s completely uncalled for. You have customers calling in for info and being talked to either like they’re stupid or bothering the hell out of the pharmacy techs… it’s really not that hard to be nice and your job is to HELP ppl if this ain’t for you get a different job period. I get being busy and I get being stressed on the job but what I do not understand is how it’s literally EVERY SINGLE TIME. Have not had a pleasant experience with Walgreens in a while sadly when it was my store and pharmacy of choice. Do better. Smh
