I've been coming here for years because they always have my hard to find medication in stock. Recently, I had an issue with my ADHD medication. The doctor made a mistake and wrote down the wrong instructions , and somehow, the medication also appears to have gotten misplaced at the pharmacy. The employees say that that's never happened before with that medication, and I'd have to call my doctor to get a new prescription faxed in. The next morning I call my Dr, but to my surprise, the head pharmacist, Mr. Jack had already gone above and beyond to contact my doctor first thing in the morning and troubleshooted and corrected the whole situation, before I'd even contacted them about it! The gentleman, who is the head pharmacist is truly a consummate professional and who really cares about his patients. You don't see employees very often who take that amount of pride/care in their work. He really is the bedrock of that pharmacy, and I will continue to recommend this place for as long as he is working there.

The pharmacy at this Walgreens is excellent. I have been using this Walgreens Pharmacy for about 10 years now and I refuse to fill my prescriptions at any other pharmacy. I have since moved to Frisco and Richardson since living in Allen however I still make the trip to this Allen Walgreens Pharmacy. All the pharmacy staff is incredibly helpful. Jack, Tracy, and the rest of the pharmacy team make it worth coming back every single time. Highly recommend this pharmacy!

I think has the worse customer service in the pharmacy I have seen. Half the time it's hard to get my medicine refilled then when I pick it up they hardly ever have a good attitude in the pharmacy I feel. Even as of today one of my biggest concerns is they don't act like I feel they care if I get my medicine or not.

Waited for 45 minutes for a scheduled appointment. Lots of staff, but they were very disorganized. Wasted my time and money.

The associates are so friendly and helpful. I've saved hundreds of dollars by using coupons to get the biggest bang for my buck. The store is also very clean and well organized.
