Rude. Went to the drive through to pick up medication. Waited for 25 mins before acknowledged. They could have been professional and said one moment or when finally acknowledged say sorry for the wait how can I help you. Instead I was met with rude and dismissive behavior (white coat/Indian man). Another female worker (black) with long nails heavily decorated. She was standing right there however refused to acknowledge my presence for 25 mins. Hope next time is a better experience or I will just switch back to my old pharmacy.

Prescription sent at 10:45 am. Waited in car line almost 30 min almost 8 hours later to find out it is still not filled. Told to go home and wait for text. Went home and as soon as I pulled in, prescription was ready! Yikes!

I had a medication already ready to be picked-up at my usual location but was visiting family due to the death of my grandfather and used the app to transfer it rather than drive over an hour to get it. The app said it would be ready within hours but at the last minute said it was delayed. Being reviewed by the pharmacist. It stayed that way over 24 hours. Finally after calling and struggling to get past the automated Gestapo actually got a live person on the line. She said they wouldn’t refill because it was a couple of days early. This is not any kind of controlled substance. My work schedule doesn’t always allow for me to pickup on the exact day I run out. Also, I’m leaving town for the funeral. After talking to the pharmacist she instructed me to just have the prescription transferred to whatever town I’m going to. Seriously! 2 days early! I’ll be mourning with my family. I don’t want to be running to the store on the day of my grandfathers funereal. I just transferred it back to my local home Walgreens and will drive to pick it up. It’s already ready for me. Ridiculous. Also, after reading other reviews concerning medicine not being ready for pickup when it’s supposed to be and people having to go without, calling in early should be required, not a hassle.
I hate that my home pharmacy just recently exams a Walgreens. At least it has the same employees which make it ok but I will be purchasing all my supplements, etc. elsewhere from now on. That’s several hundred a month they’ve lost.

I come to this Walgreens a lot and I typically receive alright customer service. This time around I was assisted by Sabrina who went so far beyond good customer service. I was shopping for my sister and she did a phenomenal job helping me pick out the right feminine products to suit her needs. I’ve regularly shop in high end retail and I’ve never received that level of service. Having those kinds of skills at her young age is incredible, and I believe she has immense potential for further growth in the company.

Sabrina at Walgreens provided outstanding service, and my experience was made truly memorable because of her. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and was immediately attentive to my needs. Sabrina didn’t just answer my questions—she took the time to guide me through each product I was considering, ensuring I had all the information I needed to make the best decision. She genuinely went above and beyond, doing the absolute utmost to assist me. What really impressed me was her dedication. Her attention to detail, patience, and follow-through were exceptional. She checked in multiple times to make sure I had everything I needed, and I left feeling like she had gone the extra mile to make my shopping experience as smooth as possible. It’s rare to find someone who not only does their job but takes it to the next level with such genuine care and kindness. Sabrina made me feel valued and appreciated as a customer, and her commitment to providing top-tier service is clear. Thanks to her, I will absolutely be returning to this Walgreens. If you visit this location, be sure to ask for Sabrina—she’s the kind of employee who ensures you leave with exactly what you need and a smile on your face. She’s a true asset to the store and a shining example of exceptional customer service!

The workers at this pharmacy went above and beyond to help me get my prescription filled before I left on a big trip! my meds hadn’t arrived yet to this location, so they helped me call around to other walgreens to see if anyone had them in stock. Thank you!

Iv had nothing but problems with this pharmacy. I call everything in the night before to make sure it’s ready by 11 am the days I need something. Never fails I pull up to the window typically a few hours past 11 and the prescriptions are NEVER ready! Always have to wait in the parking lot for 30 minutes with two upset babies in the car. And it’s always round Robbin getting them to figure out insurance and communication with my doctor. Save your self the trouble and pick a different pharmacy that actually has a system that works

I have never been able to go pick up my prescription and be in and out in less than 30 minutes. There is ALWAYS something wrong, but yesterday I'd had it. I went to pick up my medications, which there were supposed to be 3, and when I got home I realized I only had 2 of the 3 because the pharmacy tech didn't ask me to confirm what I was picking up. I went back to pick up the other prescription, waited in line for 40 minutes in the drive thru, and then finally talked to someone. It was the same lady I'd picked my prescriptions from earlier. I told her I'm missing a medication, she said she'd be right back and then disappeared for 10 minutes without another word. When she came back, she said they didn't have the prescription. They called me SEVERAL times to tell me my prescription was ready but not once did they call to tell me they didn't have one of my medications, and they didn't tell me when I was there earlier in the day either! I told the girl "well, nobody told me you didn't have it and I need it today..." and then she disappeared again and never came back so I drove off. Genuinely cannot comprehend the lack of care these people have. I have been off my medication which I NEED for 3 days now because of them. Trying to get the prescription transferred elsewhere is a hassle in itself because they're so unhelpful and are taking forever to cancel the order for the medication that they don't have. Genuinely please just fill your RX at Kroger or even CVS just anywhere else if you want to actually get your medication on time. I literally have never posted a negative review before but I genuinely hate this Walgreens with a passion.

Called about an important change to my Rx. Got put on hold and kept there for about 10 minutes. Every once in a while someone would pick up then just immediately put me back on hold. All-in-all I was on hold for about 45 minutes with no answer. I am transferring my Rx's ASAP! Worst customer service I have ever encountered.
