I have been a loyal customer to Wal-Mart for years. Their delivery service is Horrible. I am going thru chemotherapy and my symptoms do not allow me.to walk or drive at this time. I ordered groceries online requesting they leave my groceries at my door but they left it at.the front of my apartment complex. This is the 2nd time they did this. I ordered a 2nd time because I love Wal-Mart but now I'm thinking HEB

I visited the pharmacy today and one of my son's prescriptions wasn't ready. Padma helped me out so I didn't have to make another trip by filling it in less than 5 mins. Very kind people and helpful!

I recently visited the Allen Walmart at around 9:30 and had a disappointing experience while using the self-checkout. A staff member, a Muslim lady, continuously watched me while I was scanning my items. She approached me and questioned whether I had scanned a $7.99 baby clothing item, even though I had. When she realized I had scanned it correctly, she changed the subject.
It felt like I was being singled out, possibly due to being Hispanic. This kind of experience left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. I hope that Walmart can work on providing a more respectful and fair experience for all customers.

Disappointing walmart pickup service. Employee was busy on her phone, presumably on her phone, and ignored my questions and remarks while giving my order. Not only frustrating for customers like myself but also for staff.
