Terrible customer experience and zero care for privacy or safety. Hubby went in and pulled cash to buy an expensive toy. He tried to be fairly quiet when telling the teller how much he wanted to withdraw and was met with her announcing not once, but twice, as loud as possible the total amount of cash with 15+ customers around now paying full attention. Then she put the cash counter on the top of the counter instead of below in front of her on the lower part, fully displaying each stack of cash being counted and making stacks on top of the counter in full visibility. She expected my husband to just take the stacks so he asked if she had an envelope or something he could put it in for security, despite her already not caring. She then gave him a paper bag.... He was first asked if he had enough in his account (I'm really unsure how this is a question when he's at his own bank providing his ID and bank account info). Then he was asked if it's all in one account. Then he was asked by the bank manager what he did for a living. Then he was asked what he was doing with the cash! I was in disbelief at this entire experience. I told my husband they will be happy to have him come back to transfer out all our money and close our accounts on Monday.

Overall a decent bank. But sparse on tellers, and gave me an innacurate receipt once. So id say middle of the road as far as wells chapters go.

Lobby hours are not convenient for people that work 8 to 5. They close at 4pm which makes it hard for people that get off after 5. They do not open on Saturdays either.

I feel so bad for the teller. Often times there's only one person I'm not quite sure why they have bankers more than tellers. Bankers are more customer service so I get the need but to have one teller working is crazy! It's not like Wells Fargo isn't making enough money that they can't have enough staff. I am so tired of seeing companies take advantage right now and overwork their employees more than they already were before Covid.

I work for a business that banks with Wells Fargo. I have to say I will NEVER return to this location because the blonde lady that works there is so rude. Our business is right down the road and this is the closest bank and we bring in our deposits weekly and are always told to come into the bank (which is very inconvenient for business owners - why have a drive though when we can't even use it) than when we go into the bank are told it go though the drive though. Please for the sake of your location talk to the blonde lady who won't give you her name or wear a name tag at the drive though about how she should treat people. If I had a say in our businesses bank selection I'd switch to any other bank just because of her and our business has thousands of locations.

Love this Wells Fargo branch! I've been going here since they first opened their doors! Everyone has always been friendly and professionally! Customer service is AWESOME! Ask for Jason if you need help outside of using main desk!

Well located ATM stop. I've never gone inside but they have a nicely lit ATM drive-thru that isn't so far off of 75 that it's an issue when you're heading out for the night. I stop here pretty often and always feel safe and I'm able to get in and out easily due to the light!
