staff were so helpful. I felt bad because a manager was criticizing them in front of customers at the front counter and sales floor which I found very awkward and unprofessional. The associates were so sweet even under pressure

Personally I had a wonderful experience because of this young lady who I forgot her name I believe it started with an S I think, she’s a new hire, tall, 17 almost 18 yrs she told me she was. But out of everyone she was the sweetest! Always there to help me, had a positive attitude with all guest, including with me, she smiled always. Moving back and forward with enthusiasm doing her work. Very sweet young lady, honestly out of all the girls not gonna lie. Y’all are very lucky to have her!

I had a terrible experience at this store. I purchased a dress that was not on sale, but when I tried to return it they denied my request, claiming it was a sale item. This is completely unfair and misleading. On top of that, the manager was rude and refused to even give me her name. Very unprofessional and disappointing service, I do not recommend this location at all.

Really bad customer service, rude lady at counter. She seemed racist as she asked us to hang clothes back but didn’t asks other who were trying and scattered clothes and was looking at us all the time making us uncomfortable.

It was 7:30 when we entered. Tried to try on a dress and was told they close at 8 and I couldn’t try on the dress. Don’t go here. I sense racism. Then they had a white lady trying on her dress next to us. I wonder does Windsor know that their staff is racist and causing the business to miss out on money..

I had a disappointing experience at this store. I tried to return a dress and a pair of shoes. I completely understand that the dress was a final sale and could not be returned—no complaints there. However, the store refused to accept the shoes because I didn’t have the box. The issue is, I was never given a box in the first place!
I had the receipt, and the shoes even had the security tag band still attached, proving they were unworn. The only reason there was a bit of carpet lint on the soles was that I had only tried them on at home. This should not be a valid reason to deny a return.
What made the experience worse was the cashier who had sold me the shoes. When I mentioned that I never received a box, they started telling another employee—right in front of me—that they “definitely would have given me a box.” It was clear they were trying to make me look like I was lying, which is incredibly unprofessional and not customer-friendly at all.
I’m really disappointed with how this was handled and won’t be shopping here again.

Never been here before, my daughter needed a prom dress and the store manager Octavia was the most kind hearted young lady and very respectful. She made sure she took the time to be patient with my daughter because she was so indecisive. But great store loved the windows and whoever the stylist are did a very good job on those mannequins. When you walk in its smell so good and clean! Whoever is the manager over this store needs a raised forsure.

Went here before. Had an awful experience. The black girl with glasses is crazy rude, she says racist slurs and always watches them when they shop which is so unprofessional and weird. Windsor PLEASE hire better employees.

Don’t shop at this location. The employees and manager are terribly rude. I stopped by at 5:10pm on Sunday, 9/15/2024, with my daughter to pick out a homecoming dress. Only be to told that the fitting rooms are “shut down”…which is 50 minutes before the store closes at 6:00pm. All because the manager is lazy and did not want to stay after they closed to recover the store. Talk about terrible customer service. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere!!

Went there trying to find a dress. Not only was the store completely disorganized, I was unable to find dresses in my size but they told me their fitting rooms were closed at 4:55 pm when they close at 6 pm. I gave up, put my stuff back and left. Never giving that company my business again.

I will never again shop at this store. If i could give 0 stars I would!!! The inventory is great. But the customer service is absolutely horrible. The employees are rude and entitled and no where near professional. I felt so bad for this this lady who went in to buy a few dresses and was refused service unless she picked up dresses that were on the floor that she didn't even drop. She offered to pick up one or two and management told her unless she pick up the clothes they would not check her out!!!! The manager instructed the check out ladies not to check her out unless she cleaned up what she had asked her to!! Needles to say it got pretty ugly people started leaving there clothes and just walking out. Some one definitely needs to be reprimanded. I will not be going back to this store unless there are different employees. And if there is some kind of store policy that customers are supposed to try on clothes and put them back them selves than it should be posted in the store where people can see it clearly. If not then the employees need to just do there job and not take there frustrations out on innocent shoppers.

The dresses are the only reason I gave 1 star because the customer service was horrible. No one greeted me or asked if I needed any help. They just looked at me
