Bad business. Guys running the place are rude and “don’t have time” ( 2 minutes ) to answer any questions unless your paying immediately.You can find another place in the area that’s a lot better service and will give you respect.

Took my iPhone here for a new screen a couple weeks ago. First off the person at the counter had a bad attitude which blows because they were helpful in explaining what they did to fix my screen. Second… since I took my phone here .. my SIM card is CONSTANTLY saying it’s popped out when it hasn’t, and the new screen already cracked so easily in less than two weeks. I don’t know what they did to keep causing my SIM card to say it’s popped out, that has never happened before in the 15 months I’ve owned this phone. don’t waste your money here go somewhere else. I’d love my money back but I know that won’t happen, I’m not one to ever leave bad reviews but my phone is messed up.

I had my MacBook Air in to get the screen replaced. The screen was replaced but the back of my computer had some damage to it when they Pried apart the back of the computer. Two screws are not in correctly (cross threaded) and there is a screw missing. The back does not feel secured to the laptop. I went back to the shop to express these problems. The owner told me he would get it handled and that he would order me a new screw. He has not been answering any texts or phone calls in the almost 3 weeks since. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Worst place they scammed me. First they charged me $120 to fix my cracked screen. It took them 1month to give me the phone. They put in the wrong color and they did not seal it right.A few days after It was in my possession water got into the screen. The warranty is a lie. They charged me another $160 for fixing it. I spent in total $260. To repair a $300 phone. All because of there unprofessional practices.

I came to Xpress Cellular & Computer Repair in a desperate attempt to get my phone screen fixed. I'm a college student who can't really afford a big expense such as a new phone/ phone repair. I had just left another store that was charging a ridiculous amount to fix a phone screen and the owner was super understanding and fixed my screen for a reasonable price! While I hope I will never need their services again, I know I will go back if I ever break my phone again!

Got my phone repaired for a cracked screen that was still functioning. Just cracked. Everything including the Face ID was working at the time I dropped it off.I left and realized the Face ID was working. Called and they offered to take a look at it. The employee attempted to fix it but wasn’t able to and said he spoke to the owner and the owner refused to make it right. I was advised there wasn’t anything I could about the situation as I’d signed a document agreeing to not hold them liable. It seems this might be pattern based on what I’m seeing in the other reviews. Probably should have checked them first.

Had a cracked screen and a battery that needed to be replaced. Took a few weeks to receive the battery but given the current circumstances I don't hold that against them. Once battery arrived, had both repaired and works / looks like new. I have an iPhone 6S.

Be very careful if you use these people because if they damage your phone they will not make it good. On 10/18/21 I took my iPhone 8 to XPress to have a new battery put in the phone. The phone was in perfect condition when I dropped it off with them and they told me it would take about 1 1/2 hours to get it done. When I returned I was told that they couldn't get the screen to come on. I told them that the phone was in perfect condition when I brought it in, which they knew, so they said they would continue to try to fix it. On 10/19/21, they said that it had a bad cable so they would install a new one at no charge. After installing the cable, the phone still didn't work. I then called the owner who refused to admit that it was the company's fault that my phone didn't work. On 10/20/21, I again showed up at the store but the store was closed even though the sign on the door said "OPEN." After about an hour someone showed up and told me that they can't fix the phone. I ended up having to purchase a new phone at $699.00, a new case and a new screen cover, and the owner feels no responsibility for their screw up. Now I don't know how business in the owner's county is done but it's bad business how this situation was handled here. if you do business with these people you do so at your own risk because apparently if they screw up your phone they will not make it right. Additionally, after speaking to my wife, she told me that her daughter had the same issue with her phone when she took it in for a simple (supposedly) battery replacement. It hasn't worked since.

If you read my complaint which was done two days ago and read the owners reply you will see that he said he was under new management and apologized for what the previous techs did to my phone. Under new management? You were the owner of this store last week when this happened so don't go on yelp and blame it on someone else. Just goes to show what kind of lier you are. DONT do business with this creep.
