Edwin and his father saved our vacation. Driving through West Texas, our car started making an awful screeching sound. It was almost 5pm when we got into Alpine and most mechanics were closing. Acevedo's was open and made our repair a priority. We ended up staying the night in town and Edwin even ferried us to our hotel. He stayed in contact with us and updated us on our progress throughout the day. We were on the road late the next afternoon. The repair was sound work, and the price was reasonable for the extent of the repairs done. Muchisimas gracias!

We were in the area on vacation and our rental car had a tire that was going low every day. Most places are closed Saturdays but not this one. Called and Mr. Acevedo responded promptly. He took two nails out and repaired it quickly. Highly recommended.

This is the best tire shop in Alpine. You can tell they really care about their customers. They kept me updated on my tire order, excellent communication! Once my tires arrived they got me in the shop exactly when scheduled. I was in and out quickly. They have a nice place to sit while waiting for the work to be completed. I will definitely be coming back here for anything tire-related.

Let me say, the reviews here are not wrong. We were in Alpine on a holiday weekend and got a flat tire repaired right at our house with mobile service. Edwin saved our entire weekend. Absolutely incredible service, we will refer everyone we know to Acevedos

Best customer service you can get anywhere. Called from El Paso while picking up the tires for me to let me know when he'd be back so you could put them on my van. Stay till 8: 00pm to get me back on the road

A lot of people could take tips on how to run a business from Edwin. This guy gets it. We were traveling, staying in Ft. Davis pulling a trailer with a motorcycle. We had tire issues on the trailer and found Edwin at 8am on a Friday. I explained the situation and gave him the tire size. He didn't have what I needed but said he could have it Saturday at 4. We made a small deposit and he made the order. On Saturday he kept in touch thru text message. Thru the whole ordeal he reached out to me; I didn't have to reach out to him. His customer service is over the top. All the big, national chains could take notes from him on how to treat customers.

We had what looked to be a nail in our tire. Stopped in to get it checked out; friendliest service we've received anywhere for a very long time and the help we needed to know we weren't at risk of a flat!
Gotta love a local business!

I cannot express how wonderful Edwin is. I was stuck with a flat tire in Marfa and he came out to meet me and brought an exact match to my tire in case he couldn’t patch it. He was finished in 20 minutes and my car is back in working order! I fully recommend him!

Edwin went above and beyond for us. We were passing through Marfa (30 minutes from Alpine) and got a flat motorhome tire on a rear dually, therefore it could not be towed. He bought a new tire for us, drove out to us, took off the old tire, went back to his shop to mount it, and then drove back to put it on. He was so professional, knowledgeable, and kind. 100% recommend!

Limped into Alpine late on a Sat night with my rear differential smoking and pulling a 8k lb trailer. Everything was closing at 5, except Acevedos, the answered and said they could look at it on Sunday! They were able to use the drain plug from their own truck, inspected the gears and got me back on the road to Study Butte in a couple of hours. Even drove me back and forth to my motel while they worded on it. These guys are great! They were very pleasant and knowledgable. They saved our vacation.

Last month on our way to Big Bend National Park we got a screw in one of our Airstream's tires. Luckily we got there a few minutes before closing. They had the tire fixed in less than 30 minutes from when they pulled the tire off to when they had it back on and the trailer off the jack. They did an outstanding job.
