“Ok not sure why people have negative reviews on this hotel , it’s a cozy hotel will a Texas charm. The restaurant next to it is top notch when comes to food . If you come to this place expecting commercial grade hotel experience you are the wrong place . It delivers Texas hospitality and great food . The only reason for the 4 star is the breakfast could b e a bit better but it gets a pass because of the vibe dining area . Overall great place to visits for the 1st time. May be next time I can stay to indulge on all its amenities.”

“Clean room, friendly staff, and located in the comfortably quiet side of town.Walkability: Plenty of land to walk around in. A few restaurants are close enough to walk to.”
“Being an older model building I wasn't expecting anything grand, for the money it is a nice, quiet place to get some rest. Service was above par as I booked a queen room and was upgraded to a king without even asking. Thanks for a great stay and we'll keep you in mind when we're out that way again.”

“This is the best Bed and Breakfast we have stayed at. The breakfast was gourmet. The accommodations were wonderful down to the smallest detail. The hosts were extremely enjoyable and provided top notch service. It was a most memorable experience. Tom and Sharon you both should be very proud of what you have built. We will be back.”
