“What a diamond we've found in the Alpine Bed & Breakfast. We made the long-awaited trip to Alpine Tx to see the area and explore Big Bend National Park. We had many options to choose for accommodations, but the wife and I have stayed at several B&B's in the past, and the Alpine B&B looked like a great place. We booked our room from their website, which is chock full of information, not only about the B&B, but helpful tips about the area. Sharon and Tom made us feel welcome right away, greeted us at arrival, gave us the tour, and showed us how all of the amenities (coffee makers, heaters, hot tub, fire pit) worked. The house is simply amazing!!!! Its like you stepped back in time to the late 1800's, but with all the modern comforts one would expect from a B&B. Sharon has done an amazing job decorating the house and rooms with fine art and comfortable surroundings. I left the best part for last, THE FOOD. Sharon and Tom serve the most amazing breakfast you could ever desire. All the selections are there, low carb, low fat, traditional, and the breads, jellies and jams are soooo good. Ask about the Alpine bacon, you won't be disappointed. Amazing stay, we'll be back!!”

“We were in a really small room and the staff went above and beyond to get us into a larger area. The furniture is a little worn but the room was very clean and had lots of towels.”

“Ok not sure why people have negative reviews on this hotel , it’s a cozy hotel will a Texas charm. The restaurant next to it is top notch when comes to food . If you come to this place expecting commercial grade hotel experience you are the wrong place . It delivers Texas hospitality and great food . The only reason for the 4 star is the breakfast could b e a bit better but it gets a pass because of the vibe dining area . Overall great place to visits for the 1st time. May be next time I can stay to indulge on all its amenities.”

“This hotel was the perfect place to stay while we were in town for a wedding. The reception was hosted right there at the hotel and it was perfect. The food was excellent. The space was just enough. The rooms were cozy. Definitely gave off haunted vibes but I love that. This place gets all the stars from me.”

“The stay here could have been better the bed was sunk lower so watching the TV was a little difficult, they didn't have luggage carriers but the maintenance man let me borrow his hand dolly so that helped a lot, scenic mountain view when you walk outside unlike East Texas where we are covered with flat land”

“Being an older model building I wasn't expecting anything grand, for the money it is a nice, quiet place to get some rest. Service was above par as I booked a queen room and was upgraded to a king without even asking. Thanks for a great stay and we'll keep you in mind when we're out that way again.”
