Regina knows dogs. She diagnosed an issue with my senior dog that was confirmed by the Vet. She has been grooming so long, her understanding of our pets is vast.

The bread was perfect, the ham was tasty, the fried egg was delicious, and the tomatoes topping it off were sweet, firm and GIGANTIC! Two thumbs up. If I had three hands, I would give it three thumbs up :)

Dogg House BBQ
215 East Holland Avenue, AlpineOrdered brisket and sausage. Both were cooked to perfection. The weather here has been messy and as any pitmaster knows, managing a fire - the key to brisket success - in rainy and damp weather can break your cook. Ethan jammed on right through it and everything was outstanding! I eat here every time I come to Alpine and will only miss him on the days he's closed.

Reata Restaurant
203 N 5th St, AlpineStopped in Alpine for the night and found Reata by searching google maps. The menu was limited and since I was hungry for some meat, I got their special, hamburger with avocado and bacon. It come with fries. I asked what kind and I was told they are fresh/homemade - my favorite. The hamburger was awesome and so were the fries. If there was anything that I would suggest is to get regular salt. The salt in the Shaker was too large to go through the holes. No problem since I just took off the cap. Bottom line, great meal, great service and the atmosphere was clean and orderly.
