“On my way home from Del Rio to El Paso unfortunately I got a nail in my tire. My car takes run flats and Bill Williams didn’t have them in stock but did not hesitate to order one for me. The staff was extremely helpful, nice, and professional. U don’t see that too often as I was very pleased with the service I received. I came back the following week and they put my tire on. I will definitely use them again and recommend to my friends!!! The supervisor was awesome the nicest man ever!!”
“On a road trip from Quebec Canada, we had a starter problem on our pick-up. Edwin greeted us warmly, saying that his father could replace the starter.
