Absolutely abhorrent service. I love the tellers at this bank. They're very kind and they go above and beyond at customer service. Regardless of that. This bank is ridiculous with its rules and regulations and has previously tricked us into pulling overdraft charges by being dishonest in online app statements. These people will suck your funds dry and then claim it's your own fault. Horrible. I will terminate my account with them as soon as I can. I suggest you all do the same. They downsized from have 2 offices to 1 for a reason. (Again this is not a reflection of the current employees rather a complaint about the beaurocratic corporate ladder and it's ridiculously outrageous rules amd regulations. I would call for a dismantling of this operation if possible.

Even though my checks were confirmed by email that they had been deposited by mobile device, in actuality they had not, and could not be retrieved! I had to return to the vendors 2 months later and have the checks re-issued. The teller was courteous but did not say a word to me as I stood at the counter for 45 minutes trying to figure out what had happened. Very frustrating

I called in to advise an authorization of payoff to the title company and they not only asked three times for my information because they were either distracted or not trained well, and then hung up on me during the call! The particular call center agent must have had his headset to his ankles because I couldn’t hear him and upon request for clarity he actually huffed ( like I was the problem of his day). A fifth grader could’ve taken the information in a more professional manner! TransPecos Bank, you have lost my business.

This bank is just. Not that good. I know the ladies who work here and they're great! But this system update stuff has just ruined the whole experience for me. I couldn't see how much money was in my account for 2 weeks. And on top of that I couldn't even use my app for the majority of me having it. Now this new app shows incorrect information in pertinence to my account balances. Its set up to trick us into building up overdraft charges..

Closed for system upgrade on the 1st and 2nd of the month?! Whose bright idea was it to do this on the 1st and 2nd of the month when people most need the bank?! And then went to the grocery store immediately after this only to get to the checkout with tons of groceries and have my card declined because it was "restricted". Avoid this bank.

If I could give a ZERO STAR or a negative, I would.I have been a business professional my entire adult life. I was an Engineering Manager and then a licensed building contractor for 25 years. I specialized in saving old homes which meant I have bought and sold over 40 homes in my career through many different banks.NEVER, and I repeat, NEVER have I ran across a more unprofessional and slow moving group of individuals in my lifetime! This is reflected strongest with the local branch and its loan manager, but it also is a cancer all the way through upper management at corporate.We have had so many issues with this bank screwing up our mortgage, our payments, and everything.I never write reviews, but EVERYONE, and I do mean EVERYONE needs to know to NOT do business with this bank. Do not fall into the same trap that we did.We will be moving all of our business elsewhere.

My debit card is often denied, so I cant count on being able to use it. I have tried 4 different numbers this time to try to find out why, without reaching a person , so I essentially have no access to my funds. These denials have happened at least a dozen times, and there has never been a good explanation as to why is happens.

Worst bank in the world! Never answer their phones. Hours of operation are not clear. They have closed the lobby in our town, but since it doesn't have a drive thru the only service they offer is a night deposit! That is just the recent problems. In the past they have not checked their night deposit for days, deposited checks in the wrong account, and required me to fill out paperwork when they couldn't "locate" the originals.
