“I Toured this property and found the staff to be so nice and welcoming! I felt at home as soon as I walked in, they even offered me snacks and water/coffee! The landscaping is nice and the apartment was very spacious and modern! I’ll be moving at end of the year and can’t wait to see if they have available two bedrooms in my time frame. 10/10 would recommend them!”
“My husband and I have been living here for about 4 months and we absolutely love it! Move in process was very smooth! Staff is very attentive and friendly. Maintenance requests are taken care of within a very timely matter! Neighborhood feels very safe! I have no complaints! 10/10 ??⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
“My only criticism:sometimes you have to remind the property owners you placed a maintenance request order.Not the property managers' fault:There's speedsters (motorcycles and sports cars) traveling up on Sugar Rd. very fast with their incredibly loud engines at night.The good:Pet friendly, washer and dryer in each unit, I believe, and I only saw a roach on 2 separate occasions in the 26 months I lived there.When my wife and I came under uncertain times the property managers were appropriately accommodating and helped us in more ways I felt we deserved. Now that I graduated from UTRGV, we're on to bigger things, hopefully. If we're ever in town again for a year or so they're definitely the first place I'll check up on.”
“The apartment managers here are amazing. Cassie in particular was always polite and timely and made my stay here extremely comfortable as well as easy. Very grateful for both of them! Same can be said for the handymen and groundskeepers!”
